I shopped at King’s Jewelry in Cranberry Township to purchase a chain for my son, who was graduating high school that day. I called when they opened and spoke to Dawn. She had several suggestions and set some aside for me to look at after work. I chose one of the chains, which my son loved so much!! Dawn was kind and courteous, and extremely helpful, and even gift-wrapped his cross pendant/chain for me!! Excellent experience overall!⭐️

Had to have a link taken out of my watch band. I was treated so well by Sandy the manager of King’s Jewelry Cranberry location that I decided to pick up something for my wife. Great selection at all price points. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend King’s Jewelry.

Very convenient to get batteries replaced in mine and my husband's watches. Very friendly staff are able to put new batteries in very quickly.

I had my wife’s wedding band rhodium plated due to a nickel allergy. The cost was lower than other jewelry stores, I didn’t have to wait long despite plating being an outside service, and the wedding band looks incredible (like new). Sandy from King’s was great, a very nice person, and friendly to the customers.
