I would never recommend using this store after the horrible experience with my son’s wedding.
There were 12 tuxes ordered in total, at $235 each. All groomsmen, ring bearer and groom were measured by this store. 6 out of 12 tuxes were incorrect and did not fit. There was not a tailor at this store to assist when tuxes were picked up. One of my son’s had a tux jacket and shirt that were too small. When the employee at the store was asked why this is happening and why 5 others had issues with tuxes fitting as well, the reply blamed it on Houston where the tuxes come from, stating that the store measures and sends the measurements and they can’t control what Houston sends to them. When this employee was checking my son’s too small jacket and shirt, he said, “Well this is a 40 Regular, it should be a 40 Long.” When he checked what was ordered, it was ordered as a 40 Regular. My son’s shirt and jacket had to be overnighted to the store.
Some of the groomsman were sent to men’s warehouse either immediately or told when they should go there the next day. When some arrived, there was not a tailor there to assist. When you rent a tux, the purpose is so everyone matches and everyone’s fits appropriately. The incompetence seen with this order of tuxes caused a lot of stress that was completely unnecessary and placed the burden on the ones that rented the tux.
At $235 a tux, that all were measured for, these should be correct or pretty close at the least. There was never anyone at this store that was able to perform the service a tailor would. Not once were any of the groomsman apologized to for the inconvenience and none of them were offered a discount for their inconvenience or offered a way to make this less inconvenient. One of the groomsmen made no less than 8 trips in 3 days to get the correct fitting pants.
Terrible experience.

If you are thinking of having your bridal party fitted here…Don’t! Poor customer service. My son had measurements taken for a rental tuxedo for a wedding. The tuxedo arrived for pick up and was not correct. The pants were too short, shirt too small, jacket tight. They provided absolutely no assistance. Told him to go see a tailor at Men’s Warehouse since they did not have one on site. We called Mens Warehouse and were told there was no tailor there. Went back to Jos A Banks the next day (2 days before wedding) and they were very rude, still offering no help, not taking any responsibility and blaming the “Houston” warehouse/store where the tux came from. Once again we were sent to Men’s Warehouse for a tailor that was “expecting us” where we were told we had to wait….again. **I will give a very favorable shout out to Connie at the Cranberry Men’s Warehouse for quickly seeing our frustration and fixing my son’s pants immediately. She was great and I would recommend her to anyone.** Jos A Banks had at least 6 of the groomsmen in this one wedding measured incorrectly. They were very inconsiderate of everyone’s time and made an already stressful situation more stressful.

I just walked in to buy a suit and no one even acknowledged me. Ten minutes went by and three store employees walked right by me and didn’t say a word. I was also trying on suit coats in the mirror, yet no one said anything…so I left. I’ll go buy a $500 suit, shirt and tie somewhere else. Thank you

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR WORK WITH Michelle Jurjens. Outlined below are the errors SHE personally made and it has been three weeks from our wedding and multiple times attempting to reach out to her and with no response - zero apology, accountability, or wiliness to help and make it right. I under mistakes can happen but without any action on her end has lead me to this review. I wish I could select 0 stars but if I could help save another bride and groom from the unnecessary, agony and stress leading up to their wedding day I feel as if its the least I can do.
1) The groom ordered 2 tuxes, one black and one white. We had an out of town wedding and upon arriving to the store 3 days before the wedding we found out Michelle ordered and shipped 2 black tuxes in the incorrect size. (sending a 5'7 150 pound man a 40 R suit when it should have been a 38 S).
2) We wanted to get tuxes for the ring bearers and prior to driving out I asked if Michelle if they had tux sizes for ring bearers and proceeded to list their ages (5, 2, 2, and newborn). Per emails as she acknowledged that they did and set the appointment. My family DROVE AN HOUR TO THE STORE ON A SATURDAY to find out that not only did you lie or are really bad at your job but we find out the smallest size was for a 9 year old?!!!
3) Our fathers came in to try on their tuxes. The WRONG shirts came in for both of them and they both received ties and not bow ties. We were clear or what we wanted across the board for everyone and just another careless mistake. To top it off the father of the bride received suspenders with duct tape...
4) At this point we had lost complete faith in Jos. A Bank and mainly Michelle and asked the helpful and resourceful workers at the Newport store to look at the groomsmen tux to make sure the correct tuxes were ordered. To our not surprise at this point they were not. The only two tuxes that came in CORRECT WERE ORDERED FROM THE OUT OF TOWN GROOMSMEN LIVING IN NEW JERSEY AND TEXAS CONFIRMING OUR THEORY NOW A FACT THAT MICHELLE IS HORRIBLE AT HER JOB AND MEASURED EVERYONE WHO CAME TO CRANBERRY INCORRECT. Todd, the manager at Newport, was excellent and had his seamster say late that evening, adjusting everyone's tuxes / reordering jackets for the groomsmen.
5) For the cherry on top, we found out that it was cheaper for the groom to buy a tux rather than rent because he had rented so many pieces..... MICHELLE WAS TRYING TO MAKE HER NUMBERS OR A QUICK BUCK AND INSTEAD RUINED THE DAYS LEADING UP TO THE WEDDING.
6) The groomsmen proceeded to get dressed on the day of the wedding and realized that they did not have the clips for the suspenders in their pants as Michelle confirmed and promised there would be after the groom spent an additional $500 on upgraded suspenders. At this point it was too late because it was the day of the wedding. They all looked ridiculous in just a shirt and bow tie with no suspenders. I cannot stress how many ties we said we wanted the suspenders and no vest. The GROOM DID NOT HAVE IT EITHER. Luckily, his dad had them on his and was able to give it to the groom.
I have never in my entire life witnessed so many errors, mistakes and lack of empathy. It has been three weeks without even saying sorry. An apology goes a long way and we are all human. It is normal to make 1 or 2 or 3 mistakes but after mistake number 6 we stopped counting. Due to her carelessness and lack and willingness to help after knowing you made the mistake, the days leading up to the wedding, we made 8 trips to Jos. A Banks to get everything fixed. The least you could have done after finding out you messed up would be trying to do everything in your power to fix it.
This is a warning - DO NOT GO TO THE CRANBERRY STORE AND WORK WITH MICHELLE.

This location has the worst staff I've ever encountered. They ordered the wrong tux for my son's prom and then after our 3rd trip to fix their mistake they said, "to bad nothing we can do". These people acted high as kites. We went to Men's wearhouse down the road and their awesome staff fixed everything for us in minutes.

Horrible experience ! Had to buy 3 custom suits for a wedding and 2 of them were not done correctly. We are in the process of getting them fixed 2 weeks before the wedding and the experience continues to decline. No sense of urgency or desire to correct the clear mistakes made by the seamstress. I would avoid this place if you can and go to Men’s Warehouse. Also very poorly run and staffed. Even making appointments doesn’t seem to help.

Went in just now with my fiancé to get a tux fitting for a wedding he is in. The only reason I am writing this review is to highlight the atrocious attitude and treatment from one of their staff members. There was a new woman there who appears to be a manager, she was wearing glasses and had short reddish hair. She was condescending and rude to all of the other people who worked there. A simple tux fitting spiraled into her demeaning many of the people who were working alongside her, and her using profane language and calling the systems Jos. A Bank has in place “so stupid”. One of the other workers she was openly chastising was Frank, a man who we know from our many visits to this location. Frank is always so kind and helpful, and to watch the way she treated him loudly in front of customers and her peers was distasteful and obnoxious. I hope if she is a new leader, her behavior is promptly addressed.

Stopped in on Sunday 12/3/23 do needing some help exchanging shirts/suit jacket I bought online that I ordered incorrect sizes for. Thomas assisted me and it was the best service I've received all time. He was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This guy deserves positive recognition and a raise. Will be coming back to deal with him specifically in the future. Thank you!

I came in on 8/11 to get a last second suit, the gentleman who helped me out was phenomenal. Helped me find a very nice black suit that fit perfectly and overall offered superb customer service. Thanks for the help!

They absolutely BOTCHED my wedding party’s suits and my suit as well. Had to go get my suit tailored and ended up costing me almost $500 in all the alterations they needed to make. My groomsmen looked ridiculous. Just look at the picture of my little brother… like what!??? Ruined our pictures. When one of my groomsmen picked up his suit and it didn’t fit, he was told “Yeah we don’t really do suits like that”. What do they do then?? Go to Men’s Warehouse, I beg you.

This is the best store location in the Pittsburgh area hands down. The staff here are always knowledgeable and willing to help. Jim worked with my husband on getting a new suit. Jim was a delight to work with, kind, patient, humorous, quick, and so knowledgeable. Thank you Jim & Cranberry team for doing things right even in the midst of being busy.
