I have been with Huntington Bank for years, and I haven't had an issue. Frankly, it's what you want in a bank and you don't have any shady things going on, some banks have practices that risk financial harm, but not Huntington. The employees are also very consistent with their friendly demeanor and are knowledgeable. The hours are good.

Had to get two documents notarized and after seeing reviews I was alittle skeptical but Tyler was a great guy and very helpful. Thankful to be a member of huntington!

I HIGHLY recommend you to NOT use this bank, very incompetent bank. Do not use Scott or Ryan. They lie and have 0 customer service and every time you walk through the door they try getting you to apply for this or that. I have had not just one, but several bad experiences from this bank. If I could give this bank and branch 0 stars I would have. Save your time AND money and use a real bank.

I had an issue with a deposit I made on the Cranberry Huntington drive through ATM and a big headache that came with it - however I am leaving 5 starts because Jacob who works at the Cranberry branch was incredibly helpful and kind. He followed up with me quickly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks Jacob!

Huntington is the best bank I've ever had and I love visiting the Cranberry branch. They've helped my family with car loans, mortgages, refinances and more. There app is amazing and I love their products. Way better than every other bank that has tried to charge me for breathing.

same story as every one else, bait and switch. I asked about 20 times if there is a fee if I take money out of this account? I kept hearing no but when I closed it i mysteriously got 50$ in fees. Then after I close it they send me an email making sure i closed it but when i was getting charged fees i never received a call/text/email. I thought PNC was bad but this is borderline criminal.

Friendly tellers, but the bank itself is a joke. I have about a dozen businesses. I only moved them to Huntington because they did a "bait and switch" where they offered me several services for free... but then once I was fully moved started to charge me for them.
