The results fell far short of what was expected. The price I was quoted was excessively high but since the tile was in bad shape I decided to proceed. The shower doesn't look much better than before it was cleaned, really bad value.

The WORST product and customer service. Will never use again! Highly not recommend. We used them to seal our granite in our kitchen and master bathroom. Also for our 10 ft shower and master bath flooring. Within 3 months, the grout came out. Following their instructions as well. I called them as Michele, the owner, that came out and quoted us for the job said they guarantee their services... a man answered and told me it would cost $95 an hour to come fix whatever is wrong with the caulking of the grout. Why would I pay you to fix something with the same JUNK PRODUCT if it didnt work the first time. If you are guanranteed your product and work, then you should lnt be charging for this. They honestly deserve sued!!!!

I had my shower cleaned a few months ago. I followed the instructions and did not use the shower even for a few extra days later (10 days). After 2 weeks, the grout started to come off and have called and left 8 messages since December and not a return call or text or anything. Now the grout has spread throughout the shower coming off. MIKE A......I just saw your review too and looks like this may be happening to many others which is why he won't return any calls. I'd say call Better Business Bureau-----that's my plan now since Brad refuses to get back to me to correct the issue as any good business would do. Tina R.

I had my shower cleaned and color sealed in November. As instructed, I did not use the shower for a week after the work was completed. The caulking started to crack even before I used the shower. The color seal started to come off on day 7 of using the shower. I contacted the company by text message and Brad replied that "he would get back to me with a game plan of what we can do to get this rectified". Since then he will not reply to my text messages and he will not return my calls.

The price was pretty high, a couple pieces of our beautiful brand new tile got pretty messed up by their mistake during the application process. They then told us it would last for up to 5 years. Within two weeks there were already chips in it by the drain in our master. They came out to fix it but we had the same problem within a couple more weeks. Now here we are two years later and our grout in the master bathroom looks an absolute mess. I called them 1.5 years in and they blamed it on our cleaning products which are very mild. For the price, they don’t guarantee a thing which is unacceptable. They use their own product and it simply doesn’t hold up the way we’ve experienced in the past. Won’t be using them again.

The initial consultation and work was well done but similar to others, within a few weeks the dark spots were back even though I followed all directions and 2 days a week fully dry the shower. I called for 3 weeks and left messages requesting a call back and advice. I do not recommend them and suggest finding another company if you are looking for a long term (greater than 2 week) solution to grout issues.

We hired them to restore our shower grout and grout on floors in two bathrooms. While the technician spent all day at our home and the job was beautifully done, within a month the mold was back. It is now worse than it was when we called them to do the job. We called and they asked if we followed their post job instruction which we did. We also purchased their cleaner. Michelle then asked me to take pictures, which we texted to her and she never responded to us. I do not recommend their services based on poor customer service and unresponsiveness.

We had two bathroom floors and a tile shower done. The shower and one bathroom had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. The floors and showers look brand new. The technicians redid some caulking along the glass in the shower which no longer looked nice. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first requested a quote. The technicians appeared on time, were extremely neat, and worked steadily, but without rushing. The results are great. Both technicians communicated well and left clear instructions on when we could use the shower again and on the best ways to maintain the grout. Great job!

We used Groutsmith March 2022 and just wanted to follow up on the job that groutsmith did. I gave them a 5 star a year ago and still give them a 5 star a year later because my grout still looks brand new. 1000 sq ft of tile in kitchen,greatroom and foyer. Thank you so much MicheleService: Cleaning

I used Grout Smith of Pittsburgh after finding their ad in a local paper and reading their great reviews on their website. They are not a five star franchise. They gave me a reduced price if I paid cash. I wrote a check to cash and they said they would not cash it until the job was satisfactory. They cashed the check immediately and will not return my call. I still have an incomplete job. I do not recommend them.*Must edit... The company eventually came back out and made it right. I changed the stars from one to four

The Groutsmith did an excellent job repairing grout in our shower. The grout was not correctly installed by the individual who did the orginal work. The Groutsmith corrected all of the errors made during the initial installation

The two gentlemen from Groutsmith did a wonderful job cleaning and color sealing our grout. They were polite, communicative and detail-oriented. It’s a tedious job to use a toothbrush for 7 hours to get the color seal on! Our floor looks brand new and I will definitely use them in the future.Service: Cleaning

We used this company to clean and regrout our master shower. It looked so beautiful all over again when they finished, like it was just installed.I showed a neighbor, he loved it and he called to get his done a few weeks after. I highly recommend them. Very professional & great quality work.
