Mikayla cut my hair and I will never return. You could tell that she was rushing through to get more clients. I have long, thick hair and don’t just get it buzzed. It took her 5 minutes to do my whole haircut. I asked to have my side burns match my ear and when she was done they were not even so I asked her to even them out. Instead of trimming the longer to match the short one she made the short one even shorter. They ended up 1/4” above my ear and look absolutely terrible. She did it so fast I couldn’t even tell her she was trimming the wrong one. If you want a DECENT haircut, not even good, don’t even think about going to this Great Clips. She was only worried about getting my haircut done as fast as possible to get to the next client. It won’t let me give 0 stars or I would.

I feel there'a too much of a gamble when going here. I went and requested a basic trim for split ends and was given dramatic layering.
I didn't ask for layers. I brought up seeing a lot of hair get cut off, and the stylest said, "It's the layers," and "It's fine, your hair is still long." I didn't ask for this hairstyle, and as someone trying to donate my hair, my progress is a bit skewed because I have all that thin area as the "length". On top of which, I have chunky cuts mixed in.
Why, as a stylist, would you give something of a bigger change someone didn't ask for?

I wish I took a picture of my hair before I had to have someone else fix it! (Tried to go in there twice to get it fixed but they didn’t get me in/long wait) This girl who cut my hair was shaking and did not cut my hair how anyone normally would. I said I wanted curtain bangs although she did not seem to understand what that is. Then tried to cut my hair on a side part- and make bangs from that. Thankfully I stopped her. So I parted my hair in the center and re-explained what I wanted… bangs were so uneven and the right side was layered but left wasn’t. Won’t be going back here :( she was a nice girl tho. Seemed new so I did feel bad and tip 20% as well as did not say anything, she didn't even offer to dry.

My go-to hair trimming shop for the last 20+ years. Amazing service and fantastic stylists. The manager, Tammy, runs a great store and treats her employees with such care and customers even more so. Mikala, Christine, and Dan are fantastic stylists. Never had a bad hair cut there. Keep up the great work!

Poor communication and mess at the counter with checkin and coupons processing. Did not had a good haircut for my son. Not kids friendly.

Over 20 years ago I had the pleasure of Dan cutting/styling/coloring my hair at Regis Salon. Today Dan cut my hair!!! I am thrilled to know he is at this location. He always did my hair exactly how I wanted and is so friendly & professional. And just like 20 + years ago he did the same thing today!look forward to having him cut/style my hair. You are very fortunate to have Dan at your salon.

I really do enjoy this great clips over several others around. I've never had a bad experience and this location is very popular and worth waiting at. I don't have any specific hair stylist I prefer because, they have all been very good. I'd like to really thank Tammy today because she did such a wonderful job and I really enjoyed our interaction today. The other morning group of ladies also deserve a shout out as well. They were all really engaging with the clients and friendly. Hopefully, this review will have a positive impact for your salon #4601 location. Thank you.

Not felt good with today’s experience, may be so so n ok kind of service, so it matters who is on the job n how patience n best efforts they maintain, might be Not an ideal time towards end of the day to go to.. no personal suggestion on recommendation to go/not go here, one can give a try and experience. December 2023One of the absolute best hair cuts that I have ever had!Michaela, the stylist remained focused on ME despite distractions of a group of stylist discussing thier weekend adventures. I know how difficult it is to maintain focus and Michaela did an awesome job at cutting/styling my hair and making me feel like I am important!!! Great customer care! Great Stylist!
