What a joke. The prices on most stuff is not a deal. Some you can even get at Walmart the same or cheaper. Tons of pajamas were missing either the top or bottom. Several pairs of shoes were put out with only one. And I bought my grandson a police car since he really like those and even though the front grill part was broke it was still 4$. Should have been discontinued more than that.

Bought a pair of water proof boots. 14.99 rounded up to help out. Only to come home and find a 8 inch tear up the back. Called and asked about return. I was shut down. Asked for credit was told no refunds or exchanges. I went there to save money. Only to lose money. Ruined my day. And it was my first time there. Promise to spread the news !!! Good will on freedom road cranberry township pa. 16066. Ok readers. Did you notice the owner contacted me with a response saying they would reimburse me after emailing them. Guess what. No one has contacted me at all to take care of this situation with a pair of ripped boots. Ya. Definitely got RIPPED OFF

Bought a coffee pot for $13. The caraf was taped in place, so I did not untape it and look at it. Brought it home, and the lid was missing. This means the whole coffee pot does not work because the coffee will not drain from the top. Called the store and was told they don't have a return policy. I asked them if they checked to make sure appliances had all of the parts before they put them on the shelf and was told that they "usually do." I suggest you make sure all parts are there, even if they are taped together. Untape and check.

Cranberry store in particular has an issue with not tagging items. Left empty handed because all but one of the items I was interested in was missing tags. Don’t have an issue with this in other stores though.

I talked to somebody on the phone to see if they accept strollers they said yes before 8pm and when I got there they said they weren’t accepting strollers. Just a waste of time…

Don’t you love a good second-hand store? I know I do, and this is an excellent one. Being in the Cranberry orbit, this place seems to get a higher level of donations, which makes for a better level of bargains. Whatever clothing you’re looking for, come here.

Clean, good selection, and friendly staff. Some prices are a bit ridiculous but you can find good deals if you look in the right places or go on a day when certain items are discounted.

Bought a DVD player here for $5.00 got all the way home in South Carolina and it don’t work. Have to throw it away and that’s $5.00 gone. You should check to make sure things actually work before putting them out on the floor with a price tag!!!!

Had a lot of fun dropping off quality/breakable items today and watching the employee carelessly dump it all onto the ground and shatter all over the place. What a waste! You're welcome for taking the time to donate things that are clearly unappreciated. Oh and I'm pretty sure my ear drum is blown out because the same employee violently threw pallets on the ground right beside me, as I carefully unpacked the items that he ultimately destroyed.

It is sad to see Goodwill take the path they are taking with their prices. There are other thrift stores, even thrift chains, doing a lot of good in the community and still keeping their prices reasonable. There was a time that our family loved a Sunday afternoon thrift shopping day. We would all load up and see how many Goodwill stores we could hit in an afternoon. This tradition ran for years. Now none of us want to shop there any more. For our anniversary this year my wife and I tried again to enjoy shopping in a few Goodwill stores, and by and large we were disappointed. This store was no exception. $2.59 special price on a damaged paperback book that can be picked up elsewhere for .50 is unacceptable when they were donated by the boxfull to you...I will have to take my business and charitable donations to another retailer, and I am sad to see it come to this.
