Although the prices have increased for all items, this location is still my favorite. I can always find a great selection of children’s books, the toy selection is always great and they have a good variety of clothing.

I have to change my review based on the new ticket price and prices at this location are weird and all over the places. Dollar tree items priced at $3.99 is just insane. You’re almost better off going to Walmart or Gabes for the same deals with new items. The worse part of the experience is finding something you LOVE and it not have a tag to have to put it back to be retagged for an item that isn’t anything but a basic shirt. My goodwill shopping experience has really went down hill.I Find little joy shopping here anymore.

Great place to shop and work. Got my prom suit here for under $10 a little while back, and plenty more over the years. Love it.

I Was Pleasantly surprised at the selection and name brands.. Unfortunately, I passed on a few things that that had marks on them. I will go back for sure. They have additional daily sales.

This place used to be great, but as with many goodwill location, the pricing is getting out of control. Cheap used photo frames that I can buy new at target for $4 are now $6 here. And this pricing structure is making its way across much of their inventory.

Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I came into this store in early May and while I didn't find what I originally set out to look for I ended up purchasing some items. At the cash wrap, I was told that the card reader wasn't working properly and I was told to re-insert my card again. I left the very average store after paying with my items. Several days later, it was realized that I was charged well over $100 for my purchases which was significantly less. When I came in to bring this to the store manager's attention, she behaved in a very rude manner. She treated me as though I made it all up even though I had my receipt and my bank statement in hand saying things like "well that is what your bank is claiming." Like, what? Why throw around accusations when there's a clear, defined way to get to the root of this and do simple math. She was very short and spoke orders at me. I waited and waited while she looked up the transaction "in the back" and she finally discovered the store's mistakes. Upon discovery, she only said come over here with your receipt. She then said "enter your card." I was immediately annoyed because that will tie up my $ for 3-5 days, I asked if they could refund my money with cash. She said "I don't think we have enough." Without even checking. I asked her to check and she said they didn't have any cash. Next, I noticed the price on the card reader was still the incorrect amount the be refunded. So I asked for that to be corrected before finally inserting my card. I was given a receipt and she underlined something on it and shoved it across the counter with her hand without saying anything. So I asked her, "are you sorry that this happened to me?" And she nodded and I said "are you grateful for my business?" And she said yeah but ..... then went into a spiel trying to excuse her own faulty response. "I had to look all this stuff up" she said to me LOL to which I relied, "Yes, that's your job." Unbelievable. Hopefully, I get refunded. This wasn't a small amount of $ to me! I found her behavior and dispositions to be unacceptable for someone in her position and I find this type of error made by Goodwill to be unforgivable. I will think twice before donating or stepping foot in one to shop ever again. This experience and staff has tarnished the brand's reputation for me.

3rd time at this one. It's my fave but it's in Cranberry which was great because Mother lived in a retirement community nearby so we could shop then visit or the reverse. Now I go once a year to this one after my annual dermatology appointment. It has a larger selection. The one in Irwin is like this one. Big. Never leave empty handed ?

Entrance to the parking lot is shared with another building and is in ROUGH shape. There needs to be a left and right turning lane to exit. It's sometimes near impossible to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot with all the traffic. Overall, parking lot is small - not many parking spaces and the donation area is not a drive thru. Many times I was up charged to women's pricing on a men or kid's clothing item and staff is super rude to you if you correct them and ask for correct pricing. Large hardware section, but many items are significantly overpriced. $3.99 for a crusty plastic cup that has the Starbucks logo rubbed off? You got to be kidding me!? Clothing racks are packed tight with items and the sizes are not kept organized. It's not a very neat store, but I do always seem to leave with something.
