Had my laptop checked for possible virus, malware & general cleanup on a Saturday & it was finished & ready for pickup the next day. Jack Medved was my Consultation Agent. I had no wait and Jack was so very pleasant, most knowledgeable & respectful. Upon pickup, Jack took the time to explain everything to me & never rushed me. I definitely recommend the Geek Squad located in the Best Buy in Cranberry, Pa.

Horrible service. Obviously the people there don't want to work for their pay.We we're ignored for a good 10 minutes.I went to get help myself and was not given any advise didn't ask about a protection plan and didn't try to up sell me ...returning what I got and going somewhere else. They get 0 stars

Very knowledgeable geek squad agents who want to help you. Get the total tech care plan and they will fix almost anything tech related.

Charged me $200 for a delivery and installation that never happened over 3 scheduled dates. No update, no call, no email, no text, and no apology. When I cancelled I received $49 out of $200. I reported that, was told that would be fixed within 7 days. That too never happened. So now I have to file a dispute. It is just a painful experience.

Geek Squad Sucks18 months ago I moved and used Geek Squad to mount a TV to the new wall. Unknown to me they GLUED THE BRACKET TO THE DRY WALL in addition to bolting to studs. SO when I got a new TV for Christmas, I needed a different bracket and when I removed the Best Buy installed bracket, pieces of the dry wall came off.Geek Squad sucks.

I was in there today with an issue on my laptop. I'm computer illiterate, but the female manager and associate, Larry, did a great job of getting it figured out and explaining everything in a way that I could understand. I will definitely go back.

I recently had issues with my gaming PC and after help from both Best Buy workers and the Geek Squad supervisor (can't remember name) we tried to schedule an appointment and really couldn't find a decent time, when he said to stop in at 10am Sunday for a free 15 minute consult. Went there at 10 and Austin was there at Geek Squad willing to help me out. He figured out the issue in about 15 minutes and was really helpful. Austin went above his job and helped me to better understand the components and what could've possibly happened, including if I run into problems in the future. I hope Geek Squad views Austin as a valuable employee bc he certainly is and I would still be stuck if it wasn't for his expertise. Thanks Austin and Geek Squad!

Great service, fair price. Anne (I hope I have her name right) is a very good tech and can also deal effectively with customers. All too often I have run into great techs who could not deal with people, or folks with great people skills who lacked in tech skills. She has both, she is a great asset to the team there.

Know their stuff
