I asked her to delay delivery till May 8th and she said no problem and noted that on the order. She has a wonderful personality and was very nice to deal with.”

“I was shopping with my daughter today at kirklands. I promised my daughter a mother/daughter shopping trip. We started off at Kirklands in cranberry. I have always had such a great experience with customer service at this location. The workers always are helpful and friendly even when they have been swamped with holiday rushes. Todays experience was above and beyond! I dropped my wallet and did not notice. The associate brought it to me a few stores away. I was shocked because I had no clue yet it was missing plus I had a large amount of cash on hand, along with all my credit/bank cards as well as a business bank card. I asked how she knew to find me and she said the clerk that rung us out had heard that we were talking about Ulta so she figured she would try and locate me. I told her that Kirklands sure has gone above and beyond with customer service today! I will never forget them helping us out today and that they went to such an effort to make sure my wallet was returned to me safe and sound! Trust and believe that you are in a great and safe environment with amazing workers and beautiful items paying the best price they can offer when you visit this store! I always loved how the associates would make sure you had the latest coupons available but now this is my favorite part of shopping here!”

“I was so sceptical about renting to own but please believe me when I say I have NEVER had an issue with anyone I've spoken with here everyone has been so kinda and nice and huge shout out to I believe his name is Eric (comes into my my work all the time taller bigger guy with glasses) he is AWESOME and honestly the whole reason i decided to use aarons in the first place! Explained everything to me and my options off the clock too! And my delivery guys rocked,You have some great employees keep it up.”
“I stopped in to browse while visiting family in the area. The Bullseyes section was much larger than at my local Target. In fact, every department at this Target has about 2-4 extra rows of merchandise than my local store. As far as merchandise, the content mirrored my local store. There is no tax on clothes in PA which is nice. I took home a few trinkets from the Bullseye section, but otherwise didn't find anything I couldn't buy at home.”

Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me find the perfect furniture for my new house. He ensured I was getting the best deals and personally made sure any complications with my order were handled quickly and personally. Even after Chuck's job was done and my sale was finalized, he continued to check in with me to make sure I was happy with everything regarding my purchase. “A fireplace is ONLY ! as good as the quality of the unit , the knowledge of the individual selling it to you and probably the most important thing is the person who is responsible for trouble shooting and maintaining the unit.I think it would be very hard to find people like Bill who not only talked the talk BUT! Walked the walk. And a guy named Dusti who’s OCD skills seems to give him a personal touch with these things. Very impressed with the entire buy.Jack”

“We recently visited this location to find a mattress and box spring for our daughter. We wanted something nice but not unnecessarily expensive. Tom immediately directed us to the right area and was very knowledgeable with all of our questions. He made the process as easy as possible and we felt great about our purchase when we left. Upon picking up the box spring a few days later he had thrown in a free pillow with a thank you card. A nice touch.”
