Techs ran my car out of gas, after having the car in the shop for about 10 hours. (I had been told when I made the appointment that it would be a 4 hour job.) The guys got the engine running in the parking lot, but I broke down at the gas station 500 yards away, and the techs diagnosed the car with air in my fuel line. They did come to bail me out and reprime the fuel lines after the shop closed, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Manager told me it was my fault for bringing the car in with less than a quarter tank, when the obvious solution would be to have them top it up and bill me, or call and request I bring a gas can, instead of damaging my car while working on it. Disappointing quality of work, did not take responsibility for an error, and exorbitant time taken.Services: Steering & suspension repair

When you call on a Saturday with a tire leaking air and they tell you they a can’t get you in until the following Wednesday I guess it’s not the place you want to ever do business with. How do they stay in business?? Amazing!!

No issues with the reception he was super cool and got me an appointment. I waited for 3 hours to get my car addressed. I got this squeaky and rugged noise form the engine , after the service front desk told me I’m all set. When I started the car, same issue - I drove it, no same issue. I came back and met the mechanic he said I have issues with my exhaust pipe. He was saying things about catalyst cylinder , sledge pipe , exhaust pipe issue and he said he can’t do anything. He asked me to go to a muffler shop to resolve the issue. They charged me only 10$ for this , but problem is mechanic was not able to identify the issue. Ok I went to another service, they found it was an issue in wheel bearing. I got to replace it for 400$ and the it resolved the issue. So faulty diagnosis is the problem here. I’m sure if the mechanic drove the car one time he could have identified the issue for sure. That’s what is worrying me. I love Firestone though but this time it’s didn’t work for me.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could get a state inspection on a Sunday. The customer service rep in charge that day, Aliyah, was amazing. She was friendly, professional and very helpful to me and the many other people who came through while I was there. Highly recommend.

Had my car for 2 months to have a clutch replaced. For 3 weeks straight they said was going to get it back but had an excuse why was not getting it each time was supposed to pick up. Car was supposed to be inspected. Was charged for inspection but was never done. Was told they forgot and could refund me then they changed their story and was told had to drive it 100 miles before putting sticker on it??? Was never told that in person when picking up at garage and did not notice inspection charge until home and looked throughly at bill Charged me for an oil change I never asked for . Manager called me and said I needed new battery and alternator after clutch was installed due to electrical issues. Told them didn’t have electrical issues when was dropped off and was not paying a dime to be fixed. Called me back 10 mins later and told me never mind they’d cover the battery and alternator going in no way to Prove there was electrical issues when dropped off but didn’t install??? Called corporate and complained and was told a manger is a con artist and had a case. Be careful to take vehicles thereService: Transmission

I love this location and the staff. They are always helpful and knowledgable. They are very respectful, nice, and friendly. Would reccomend making an appointment, which are easy to make online. Will be returning for new tires in a couple of months.Services: Wheel alignment

This place is very understaffed at the moment. I wouldn’t recommend going here. I made an appointment for a simple inspection and dropped my car off first thing in the morning. They called later in the day and said the guy who does inspections (apparently there’s only one?) didn’t show up, so I had to leave my car there another day. The next day comes around and by the afternoon I called for an update and they still hadn’t even started it. But they promised it would done today. Next thing you know its 30 minutes before closing and I still didn’t get a call saying it’s done. When I showed up there were 2 other customers waiting in the lobby and their cars hadn’t been started either. Again, it’s 30 minutes before closing. We found out there was only 1 technician working in the whole place!!! I gave 2 stars because the one guy there was actually working really hard and stayed late to get it done. It wasn’t his fault.
