Lexi was the kindest, most helpful person! I spoke with her first on the phone where she kindly answered my million questions then when I arrived, I was lucky enough to have e her wait on me! It was so busy but she quickly and kindly got thru 3 customers before me in no time! Definitely the least stressful experience in a stressful situation! Thank you Lexi! You are noticed and appreciated!

Super good customer service at the cranberry Township enterprise lot. They went out of their way and took me back to my destination about 8 miles away from where I dropped the car off on their lot.

I had extremely bad experience with Enterprise recently. Firstly, they coerced me into buying insurance. Although I have insurance through Geico but I was told that in case of accident geico will not fully cover the rental. Secondly the car was Nissan Altima. It was an old car and was also damaged. I am frustrated with both Geico and Enterprise for their cunning, deceiving , lying corporate practices!!!

The service was very friendly and polite. The vehicle (a BMW X5 45e plug-in hybrid) was AWESOME! Enterprise picked me up at my house on a Tuesday, which is always tremendously helpful and appreciated! I returned the vehicle on a Sunday when my local office was closed, but I simply dropped the keys in their lockbox, and a friend picked me up. Overall, I couldn't be happier! Thanks!

Worst experience renting, EVER at the Cranberry PA store.. They promised me a small car and made me wait ten days for an appointment even though I have a very well known insurance carrier.. The day of the appointment, Enterprise folks had several opportunities to let me know they didn't have what I wanted, but they didn't stop me from coming in from 20 miles away. You know how this goes, right? They didn't have anything close to what I needed. And made me wait until they whispered to each other behind the counter and finally presented me the keys to a huge, full-size club cab pick-up truck. Say what?! What the heck am I going to do with a pickup truck? Where am I going to park that? When I told them that they failed me, they took umbrage. And said they wouldn't rent anything to me. Nothing at all.. Not from any store in the Pittsburgh area. My ride had left and the Enterprise boys and girls would not give me a ride home. I called the police who heard my story, said they could not do anything, and offered me a ride part-way home. Enterprise hires these kids out of college (used to be out of college, but I am not sure about this group) and they slavishly serve the business model that rewards "enterprise" over serving the customer. Sad.

Reserved a car online, got there and the store employees were completely overwhelmed. Watched the employees pick up the phone and hang up on customers. They didn’t end up having a single car for us after waiting a half hour. Left without a car.

I had a rather disappointing experience with Enterprise Car Rental Services. I had made a reservation for a car rental through my company's Travel support for the dates 07/31/2023 to 08/04/2023. The confirmation process seemed smooth, with my company's travel agent sending the booking details to Enterprise on 07/27/2023. Both my company and Enterprise had even exchanged confirmation emails.Things took a turn on 07/30/2023, when I received a call around 7:30 AM from a Branch Associate Manager. Unfortunately, I missed the call, but upon returning it, I was connected to Enterprise support. The agent on the call assured me that everything was in order for my booking and I could collect the car by 12 PM EST, adhering to my original pickup time. However, my experience upon visiting the Enterprise branch was quite the opposite. The Branch Manager informed me that they didn't have the car I had booked. Instead, he suggested a pickup truck with extra daily charges. Politely, I declined the pickup truck due to my discomfort in driving it for a long solo trip. The manager's response was rather arrogant, claiming that he had tried to call me in the morning to inform me of the situation. He then admitted that they didn't even have a truck available, displaying a lack of effort in finding alternatives. To make matters worse, Enterprise didn't proactively communicate the morning's vehicle allocation issue via email. The branch manager's excuse for not emailing me was that he didn't have my email address, despite my membership status and the ability to contact me via phone. In my attempts to resolve the situation, I reached out to Enterprise customer care escalation department multiple times. They provided me with Ticket number 42776249 and assured that someone from their corporate team or regional manager would contact me to arrange a vehicle through my local office. Regrettably, no such communication was received, and I found myself spending extra money – approximately $60 for an Uber to the airport from my home and an additional $75 to drop the rental car near my home, along with other fees related to the airport pickup. The overall impression I got from this experience is that Enterprise lacks customer care, both at the local offices they partner with and within their own company. The lack of coordination among their employees is evident. The Branch Manager's statement about Enterprise Customer Care Representatives being paid to blindly agree with customers' requests only added to the frustration. All in all, my Sunday was consumed with Enterprise-related issues, and I ended up spending nearly double the intended amount for my trip.

Another great experience from the Cranberry Township Enterprise location. Brock and his team always do a great job. I received a confirmation call a few days before and they were ready for us early on a Sunday morning.
