The process of buying the car was easy and everyone was kind BUT they sold me a car with issues……. My gut told me not to buy from there based on reviews etc but I did it anyways….. so always take your car to a trustworthy mechanic before signing papers and buying!!!!!! Please do your research because the car fax wasn’t accurate either. UPDATE- still not fixed, warranty told me I am out luck, no one returned my VM either. I will let everyone know about this company!

Recently bought a car here and had an overall good experience. The sales rep was great so was his finance manager they got us a nice vehicle for a good price and down payment.
It has a small mechanically issue but no worries because the managers Dallas and Craig were great. They assisted right away and made sure I was good to go as soon as possible. Couldn't recommend them enough for your next purhcase.

Excellent place to buy your new used car. All Enterprise vehicles are well maintained and sold at an excellent price. I've bought my last two trucks from them, a Ford F150 and now my F250 diesel and I could not be happier! Jason, our sales guy was excellent! I highly recommend this Enterprise car sales!

They sold us a lemon. I've spent thousands in repairs and have had problems with this vehicle from day one and Ford has never stood behind their lemon. The Car a 2019 Ford Fiesta was manufactured in Sept 2019 and we purchased it in Feb 2020. It had about 32k miles as it was a rental. When the car was 8 months old the half shaft broke It had 52k miles and the warrant only covered to 50k so that was $750. Headlights had to be replaced. It eats brakes and rotors. It's hard on gas. In April of this year the cat converter needed replaced a long with some other engine issues all in all it totaled about $1500. Also an oil change. In May the radiator fan was acting up. In June it must of leaked oil as the oil low warning light never alerted my sone it was low on oil. My son put oil in and did not notice any leaks.Car seemed to run ok then Last weekend the car broke down 225 miles from home and would not start. It backfired once then totally died, stranding my son and grandson. His friend that lives 200 miles away from where they broke down came and got them and they stayed there but the car needed towed to a Ford dealership close to where it broke down. My insurance only covers a 30 mile tow. I still had to pay $75. I still owe 5 grand on this lemon and I've never missed a payment. Then my son tried to rent a car from Enterprise to get home but you need a major credit card and they would not accept his Visa Debit card as even though Google says any debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo on is considered a Major credit card. Enterprise has a policy that they don't recognize it as a major credit card. I offered to pay for the rental but I would have to also be the driver. Then the excuse was the vehicle can't cross state lines. So I said well how about my son picks it up and drop it off at an Enterprise close to the state line and I can go pick them up. Then the next excuse was they had no one way vehicles available. What kind of a rental car place is this? Just as lousy as their lemons they sell!
And Ford motor company is lousy as well as they should have taken this car back. But because it was a used car the lemon law does not apply even though the car was only 5 months old when we bought it. It's 5 years old and it constantly has something wrong with it! Oh and when I enquired at my local Enterprise about renting a car and you can't pay for it if you're not driving it. I explained my son and grandson was stranded she said it's our policy not to accept visa bank debit as we are renting you a 50k dollar car. Since when does a compact car cost 50k?
So then her snarky self says Good luck with the bad situation you are in
I would NEVER BUY A FORD EVER AGAIN NOR DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE!

And switched me to a midsized from full saying its a full size. Lie #2

They contacted me when I received the car rental and I was skeptical. I decided to give them a chance, and went down in my rental on a Saturday close to their closing time and they had a couple cars ready to look at and take for a test ride. I found the one that I thought I wanted wasn't big enough space wise and the salesman, Jason Gregovits and his manager were awesome enough to stay late until I found the car that I wanted and then all the paperwork, despite them having family plans for that night. So a big thank you to Enterprise and Jason and Jamie.

I had the most smoothest and enjoyable experience with enterprise . The sales rep and finance team were phenomenal with the entire process. I will come back and will encourage anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to go there.
Thank You for my newest addition. ☺️

We recently bought our 4th Enterprise car in about 10 years. We've bought both for business and pleasure. We stick with Enterprise for 2 reasons: the cars are trouble free and the pricing is reasonable. You should buy there too. Get a good deal on a good car!

It was a good experience dealing with enterprise. Andrew was great to work with He had the van ready for us to look at and test drive and also ready for pickup. I am completely satisfied and would recommend both Enterprise and Andrew if you are in the market.
