Car was clean, I didn't catch managers on duty or the guy attendants name but they were very help full, strong vacuums will recommend!! Great job guys!

I’ve used drakes in cranberry once or twice before because it’s close to my work and mostly just to get pollen off or salt. I have to say I was highly disappointed this time as I paid for the 24 dollar ultimate wash and it looks like it was barely cleaned and my rims are filthy and I just got the car washed previously a week ago. I pay 25 at a car wash in Leetsdale and they pre soap and brush the car and use a brush and cleaner on the rims and tires and then hand dry it and apply tire shine. I at least expect the car to be clean for that amount of money for a wash and I was disappointed. EDIT: I received no response which makes it even worse when they were given a change to make it right. You can clearly see how bad my car was after it was ran through along with the wheels. I will no recommend anyone to use their was after this. I get it’s not going to be a perfect wash and I can do better by hand or taking it somewhere else but this was ridiculous.

Very impressed with the service I received. The team let me take my car through the wash a second time after a good bit of the bugs stuck to the front of my vehicle from a recent road trip didn’t come off. i thought it was so nice that they offered me this before i even went through and without asking. When i took my car through the second time, the attendant took extra time (like 3 whole minutes) spraying the front of car with the “big wash/remover” and then the pressure water hose to make sure he got the bugs to come off.

Terrible clean on my car, terrible service, go to Mr Magic maybe they won’t scratch your paint.

Pretty disappointed, their wash messed up the finish on my wheel. Gentleman running the show didn’t show much interest. It happened one time before and I got it repaired, but I’m not going to pay 125 dollars to repair my wheel every time I wash it. Needless to say, disappointing response to an issue.

In addition to signs seldomy communicating when closed , may you please also provide a different way of knowing, so that time, energy, fuel and money is not wasted traveling to find out. Especially helpful when temperatures and wind chills are close to the deciding factor to shut down for the day.Google nor Facebook reliably reflects .Please advise if there are other sources.Much Thanks - From many?

The employees are cool the car wash does a pretty good job. My issue is too often I pull in and they’re closed now I have an unlimited plan. It is very much limited by the escaping work when other car washes that I have to pay for our open around them. No closed sign out on the street and a line of vehicles pulling in one after another to drive up top and have to turn around and leave. This isn’t how I would run my business.

Scratched my truck up due to over powered brushes. Please take your services to mod wash! They are the best around and so much better than this place and me magic. Mod wash does such a better job and even offer towels, sanitizer, and window cleaner free to clean your vehicle. They also give you a place to wash your mats. Best part, the air freshener is amazing from mod wash!

Went through the car wash. Did an okay job. But broke the valve off tire. Will most likely not be going back after this.
