I'm fascinated and thrilled by the amount of things you can purchase cheaper than at a regular store. There are items where the prices are comparable. But you just gotta know the average prices for things or double check where you usually grocery shop.
I will say though: it doesn't make sense to me that they keep the shopping cart of the side of the exit. So you have to cross where people are trying to leave to grab a cart and then cross again to enter the store. This is a serious design flaw.
I also dislike that you have to enter through the exit to get to customer service for when you first obtain membership.

Costco is great for quantity purchasing. I give them 4 stars because they constantly discontinue items that you get used to and suddenly one day it’s gone and replaced with something sub-par

Great options, good customer service, good prices and it's awesome how they make sure you're a member and check receipts to prevent shoplifting. Can't go wrong with that.

Purchased a gaming computer from here in September. Customer service was super helpful and informative, leading me to the correct computer. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a warehouse store.

We really used to love this Costco. However, it has become so incredibly busy even during earlier mornings when you would not think it would be as busy. The employees are always wonderful and do their best to make your experience. They’re a good one. The atmosphere of this Costco has changed immensely, probably due to the mass influx of people into the Cranberry area.
We live about an hour and a half away from the store, and therefore, we don’t visit very often. The other thing that seems to have changed is the selection of the items available to purchase. As of lately many of the items that we have wanted to buy, have not been in stock and seem to be missing altogether from the store. Occasionally, we find some good buys when we’re there. During this last visit, it seems as though they re-ordered the store, which made it quite confusing to find the items that we were looking for. So, bottom line, in small doses of infrequent visits, this is ok store.

Returns on air conditioner was fast and easy(purchased new fancy air unit that that allows window to pull down between compressor unit and cool air discharge. After 28 days got error code EH03. Air filter clean and resets failed Groceries good for family or parties but not retired couple of 2

High quality products with reasonable price, a to z items available under one roof,very friendly staff members and nonetheless, a very friendly return policy, what else a customer needs!!
