I went in June 9th on a Sunday and they opened at 12:00 p.m. it's hard to find good juice for my mod and I walked in and the gentleman working was able to help me with ease he pulled out several bottles that I would like and I picked 3 of the 7. He was fantastic and I will be back

The nicest employees I have ever come across! So friendly, so kind, so polite, so helpful just top tier people working there! My mom and I always joke that we stop at Cool Vapes as our last stop during running errands because after the chaos of the Cranberry Walmart and Costco, we need to restore our faith in humanity and the employees at Cool Vapes do that for us lol! ? So grateful for their kindness and helpfulness!

I have had not one, but two amazing experiences here. The young lady that helped me both times was very friendly, and polite, and easy to talk to. I had absolutely zero issues with the workers here. I will definitely be back for future purchases, and will recommend this shop to my friends and family!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lots in stock so chances are they have what you are looking for. They have everything you need for vaping at great prices. Just the amount of flavors of juice they have is completely ridiculous but that's a good thing I think.
