I worked there as a Managing Field Trainer and they considered that "management". As I put in my resignation they withheld pay that I rightfully submitted for the previous weeks leading up to my resignation. I sent an email to the woman in charge of MFT's and heard nothing back, I even sent the same email to my Area Manager.
