Sales people are rude! They won’t acknowledge you, act annoyed if you ask a question. No one offers to get you another size, and when you go out to get another size they come & clean out your waiting room! If I hadn’t needed tops for work I would have left. $100.00 blouses require million dollar service! Personally, I will never go back! I think those snobby sales women need to watch Pretty Women. Horrible!

Love Chicos in general because of the friendlessness, but walked into this Chico's walked around never got a hello can I help you are you looking for anything particular. Then I left not a goodbye not a did someone help you. I won't be back and I live in this area I'll just go to my Chico's in Palm Desert, Naples Florida even the Chico's outlet in Robinson Mall is better.

This is an amazing store. They were concerned about helping me find exactly what fit my taste and what actually looked good on my body. They were kind, responsive and mindful of helping us get what we needed right up until closing time.

Let me start by saying I love Chicos. However, the clerks at the Streets of Cranberry store need a refresher course in customer service. I was in the store tonight and nobody said hello or goodbye or can I get you a dressing room? I tried 3 dresses on and left without one word from a clerk. It's okay though because I discovered the new J.Jill store next door to you and the experience was excellent.

Walked all over the store with money to burn; Chico’s card in hand. Only one sales lady even acknowledged my presence as she walked by. She was helping another customer. Two were free to wait on me but didn’t. They never spoke or even said hello. I used to work at Chico’s and I know that this is NOT acceptable per their standards. Guess I need to dress better to be waited on.....
