This office is a mess! I have had multiple problems with them. Every 6 months My insurance would go up $300+ even without any claims. My son and I went with another company and this agency needed contacted multiple times to get our refunds. We ended up with better coverage at the new agency and paying half of what they charged at Prossen.

I am very unhappy with Allstate. I paid my bill a week late one month and they canceled my car insurance. It took weeks to get it back, and when I did, they increased my premiums by over a hundred dollars a month. After talking to them about it, they said that's just the way it was. And the next month it went up another hundred a month. They said if I changed coverage and sign up for auto pay it would go down but it did not.

I have been with Allstate for 50 yrs. I have not had any complaints about this insurance company. Claims are promptly resolved. I am definitely in Good Hands with Allstate !!!
