Do not ever sign up for the Best Buy Total membership. It is a scam. The in store sales representatives will lie to you and make many promises about what this level of service entails for $179.99, then ANY TIME you go to utilize the subscription you're told that isn't covered under the total membership. Meanwhile , when you sign up they tell you that it is. I have tried to utilize the Total membership 3 times since I signed up in November 2023 before I decided to speak up. I'm very frustrated I wasted $179.99 on this plan. I hope the sale associate who sold me this scam hit whatever incentives he was trying to reach. I only hope anyone else considering the Best Buy Total membership reads this review before they waste their money. Kudos Best Buy, you trained your associates on how to rip off your customers well.

Store has really gone downhill. Staff is rude and unaccommodating if you can even find someone to talk to. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Shelves are bare. Best to order what your looking for online because the store, more than likely, doesn't have it. I do use their online store quite often, and they usually have what im looking for with fast shipping. The store employees were nice and more than willing to help.
