Shyanne helped me pick out a new mattress, explained everything, answered all my questions and suggested protector item and bundle package. I asked her to delay delivery till May 8th and she said no problem and noted that on the order. She has a wonderful personality and was very nice to deal with.

We went to Bears after my daughter and her boyfriend purchased their bed.
From the time we entered the store Shyanne was fantastic.
We learned that we needed a softer mattress than we thought we’d need. And the addition of the pillows we got made trying the beds much better.
Shyanne showed us 5-6 different mattresses and explained the features of each. She was quick to notice if one of us wasn’t too happy with a certain mattress.
After narrowing it down to two, she suggested we try each for 10 or 15 minutes to really test them.
Alan sleeps very hot as well, so she showed us the mattress covers that could help with that as well.
All told we got the mattress, 2 amazing pillows and the cover.
Shyanne went over all the details of warranty information.
We were very pleased with the service. It is a big purchase and an important one to help quality of sleep and life.
We would absolutely recommend Bears to friends and family. More importantly, I would highly recommend Shyanne.

Shyanne was very helpful to enable us to purchase new mattress for our beds. I saw her in December and was able to take my wife in for her input and it worked out.
