Went in to get a window repair kit for a small chip. Thanks to the recommendation from the clerk I reached out to the insurance company and found out a professional fix was available without being marked as a claim against my policy. They also provide a discount to veterans! Much appreciated and a loyal returning customer.

When my car sprung a leak that dumped all its coolant (and I mean ALL), on July 3rd, 2024, we were fortunately nearby this AutoZone. The manager, Dawn, helped us in many ways:
- Before we figured out that the car would not hold coolant, she helped us fill it up and then told us to call her when we got home safely (worried about us!)
- Verified that the pump was still working by watching the engine as it was running (the pump was, but there was a broken hose connector at the bottom of the engine that you couldn't see).
- Unfortunately as we pulled out of the parking lot we realized the car was essentially immobile, it dumped all the coolant on the parking lot!
- Because it was the late afternoon on July 3rd, all the auto shops were closed for Independence Day, and the ones that were open didn't have a mechanic capable of diagnosing this.
- She called the Pep Boys across the street and asked them if they could help us out. Yes, they could, but not until July 5th at the earliest.
- She allowed us to leave the car parked at the AutoZone until we were able to move it to the Pep Boys for diagnosis.
We were so grateful we gave her some chocolates as a gift. As long as I live in the region, I know what auto parts store will get my business!

We were recently there for getting a battery replacement through the warranty it had. Our battery had a 36 month warranty & we bought it from Auto Zone initially. They were easily able to find our info in the computer. The woman tested our battery, saw it wasn't charging correctly & gave us advice just letting us know if it was an alternator issue, it would completely destroy a new battery. Which was very helpful info. We still chose to replace it & the gentleman (Pat) who took over doing the manual part for us, was SO quick & friendly. He even walked out with us afterward, as we were leaving, to ensure my car started. It's great having an employee who really knows their stuff & Pat is that man. I fully expected to have hang ups during this visit because the battery my car calls for, isn't manufactured anymore. But the gentleman knew just how to go about that problem & I am truly so grateful! Thank you to both employees who helped us out. Your assistance really made my day! This is the Auto Zone to go to if you want good, friendly service!

I purchased a battery from Auto Zone 6 months ago. Today I found my battery was dead, and after calling AAA , who would not simply take the battery out without replacing it, I called the store.The managers name is Pat. And he was kind enough to send someone to swap my battery for me.He was sweet, and in less than 15 minutes Jesse had everything taken care of!I am 75, recovering from knee surgery, and these guys really helped me out. 10/10
