“The manager Eric was great. I came in bc I was having problems starting my car and he helped me confirm I needed a battery replacement. He also checked to make sure my Alternator wasn’t the problem. The customer service was way above and beyond. People make all the difference in situations like this, especially as a woman that doesn’t know much about cars. It’s great when you find a company or person that is genuine and honest to help you figure out what you need to do. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I will definitely go back. “If you aren't getting your parts from NAPA, and you continue to go to Autozone or Advanved, you're doing it wrong.The guys at Napa know what they are doing, and will do whatever they can to help you find the part you need. I've called to get parts ordered, and have had them call me back 20-30 minutes later, telling me they were able to find it either cheaper, or faster, and that should let you know that they care about you as a customer, because they're still trying to help you out, even after you've hung up.These guys sell quality parts, for a reasonable price. They may not be as cheap as the other guys, but you won't be replacing the same sensor every six months, either.”
