Easily the worst customer service that I've experienced in years. There was a system issue affecting my account and the rep told me to call an unrelated company, which I did and shocker... they couldn't help since they didn't have anything to do with my AAA account. I called back and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me when i asked to speak to someone else. I tried another branch, the Robinson one, and the gent that answered spotted the problem and corrected it quickly.
Beyond the poor excuse for customer service at the Cranberry Township branch, the email support option is unresponsive and I'm still waiting on a callback from the area manager, 17 days and counting. Hoping someone in management sees this and looks into the issue since I'm clearly not able to speak to them.

Took a long time to get there..By the time he got there I got the car running. Nice guy though.

I got an address change on my license. There was no waiting line and the prices were very reasonable

So thankful that PA AAA offices assist and can file vehicle issues, not all states do that service and I can not be thankful enough for the dedicated knowledgeable staff.

Awful customer service and racism. Had auto title work and was called to new rep ( minority) who couldn’t process. When I asked other rep to help, she said she wasn’t going to help her and i replied that’s not nice. Other rep then rejected my paper work. I told her she was wrong and that I would go to cranberry messenger up street to process and that’s exactly what I did! Going to report them to regional manager and NAACP

Road side service really sucks. We are 50 year members and twice they couldn’t help us. Battery died. while waiting for me at hospital. They had no battery to replace in car. Another time car just stoped on way to visit son. They didn’t not have truck available to take care to garage. Had to leave car and take Uber to cranberry to get other car at home. Membership fees seem to be getting higher and service is getting worse. In all fairness the service we had in previous years was adequate. We now need passport photos and I’m almost afraid to go there.

We got there at 5:45 and they had a 45 minute wait. Granted they close at 6, but the miserable lady at the desk checked us in and said she would do the title transfer. The other guy showed up with the title at 6:00 and she then refused to do it because the other guy got there at 6:00. We could have had time to run down the road to have it done somewhere else had she said at the time of check in (5:45) that she could not do it today. Thanks to hynes notary they went the extra mile and actually waited for us to get there to do it. Past there closing time. I can say I will never use AAA notary service terrible customer service. She should have said at 5:45 she could not do it today instead of saying she would then because the other guy showed up 15 minutes later when there was a 45 minute wait already. Above and beyond service! The staff were very friendly and helpful with my out of state title transfer. They worked with me in ways that went beyond what was required, like helping me with a charger when my phone died as we were trying to complete the transaction. Additionally, they supplied me with bill-of-sale paperwork that can help prevent complications down the road related to my vehicle purchase, even though they did not have to even give me information related to that. It was an excellent experience.Recommendation: Bring cash for a discount from the transaction fee for credit cards and checks.

Friendly place, but with all the technology available today, why can’t they allow appointments, call ahead sign in, or maybe a sign in list with your cell number so you can walk around the plaza while you wait. Instead, it’s mandatory to stay in their office while you wait. I’m not complaining that I needed to wait… this is normal life. I’m complaining that we need to sit among lots of their people while we waited (for 2hours). Use technology folks. For example, if the travel agent lets the receptionist know she’s nearly ready for the next customer, then the not-busy-receptionist could send a quick message or text. If I don’t return within say 5 or 10 minutes, go to the next person. Easy peasy.Aubrey was great and stayed after hours to help us.
