I just wanted to say thank you to the lady who helped my son to get his iPhone working again it was a simple fix but I wouldn't have known how to do it. She saved the day! Thank you!

WOW! The cricket guy today helped me so much! They always do at the Noblestown Rd store. He just knows everything and takes his time, is always polite and friendly and makes me feel very comfortable, and not stupid, even though I am definitely not tech savvy.
