The car wash is very nice. It washes the cars great and it’s relatively new. However, there is no phone number or contact details whatsoever. So, when my entire back assembly to my rear windshield wiper was gone there was no way to retrieve it. The doors open for you to drive in to the automatic car wash and close once you’re in there and close when you leave. Therefore, is no way to enter it to pick up any pieces of your vehicle that may have come off doing the wash. And unfortunately, no phone number or contact details of any kind to talk to anybody about the problem.

Was charged $27 for car wash that didn’t work! Never, ever will I take my vehicle here again! Horrible

Not a single sign anywhere if you run into a problem. My bay didn't work correctly and all I had was water. No soap, the dryer was broken. Not properly maintained.

Normally a decent auto wash. I went in cleaner then when I left ? Today it left my car filthy. A waste of 10$

I can no longer even get a car wash here because the card swipers on the self serve no longer work. You have to swipe your car to a million times to get it to read and if it finally does read a lot of times it just says error.

We put a $10.00 bill in for an $8.00 wash and then the machine said change not working see an attendant and there was no attendant there! And, no phone number to call!

Put 20 dollars in didn't get my change then no wash nothing had to go in shoprite stand in line fill out paperwork and I have to go back again later after they call for my money great lol nice still nothing never received my money or car wash bill shoprite is ok but I will never use the wash again I went back into customer service 3 times last time told me they would call me never happened

Excellent job at washing your car. What I really like is that you get a FULL 60 second drying cycle, unlike a lot of other car washes around here.

Wasted $12. The automatic car wash was not prepped for winter and barely any water sprayed on my car. Having the brushes rotate on my dry car made me cringe and now I have scratches on the car doors.
