Was charged $27 for car wash that didn’t work! Never, ever will I take my vehicle here again! Horrible

Not a single sign anywhere if you run into a problem. My bay didn't work correctly and all I had was water. No soap, the dryer was broken. Not properly maintained.

Attempted to wash my car except it immediately ended the wash before it began. No way of contacting the facility to rectify it.
