Bills Shoprtie is the absolute nastiest grocery store. ShopRite should be ASHAMED to even brand them.
The place is full of mold, rotten seafood that they wash off with soap and water. They cut off mold from cold cuts and bread, cut off expiration dates and leave diary pallets out for HOURS.
they treat their employees like absolute trash, in-fact trash is treated better because I’ve seen Bill the OWNER pick product out of the trash and demand they cook and sever it!!
The owners daughter Laura yells, curses and throws things at employees.
Their HR department is run by absolute bullies. Kelly is a nasty human who belittles people and Sarah is just a joke.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!

This store has nice fresh produce and meats. Good bakery. Donuts are particularly delicious. Good prices. I think the deli has very good food. Helpful staff. Liquor store is well stocked. There is a nice sit down area.

I would not trust the perishable products in this store. They gets pallets of product(frozen, dairy, produce,deli products, cafe products) that is supposed to be refrigerated and leave it on the sales floor. Sometimes it would get worked in a hour, other times 3-4 hours. I know I would not want my dairy sitting out for any more then 20 minutes. Another reason I would not shop at this store is due to the fact that they treat their employees absolutely horrible! I worked in this location as a asst str Mgr for 7 months and see it first hand. The turnover is very high, higher than any other store I've seen in my 20 year career. It's high due to the fact that there is lack of training, no accountability, you get talk down to, and there is a lack or rules and policies in place to protect the employee and customer not to mention health insurance is outrageously priced compared to competitors. Another thing I thought was absolutely crazy, was that is a cashier is short it comes out of their check.... These are the reasons that there is a lack of quality employees in this store. Anyone with any good work ethic runs, and runs fast!

Friendly girls work here and most are efficient and quick. There's never usually a line to wait in... Well not a long wait line. I go here ALOT. Gas is a lil bit more expensive than some of the places around Moscow/Hamlin area.

The Locals are Trapped By Bill Brace's "SHOP RITE " store in Daleville / Moscow and surrounding areas. Certain Entities ( Speak Softly, Love) have Made it IMPOSSIBLE for Competition!! He doesn't care about the Local People. There have been times the 2 maybe 3 register's were Open On a SUNDAY or on a Senior Tuesday, oh and with that In mind YOU NOW Have to TELL THEM you ARE a SENIOR Citizen to get the Discount. You don't tell them TOUGH LUCK! The ShopRite "Savings card" yeah right , to load half the time THAT Kiosk doesn't work not to mention that what is Discounted YOU don't need any way! The Price Check machine by the Meat Section is ALWAYS OUT of Order. Oh and the Price Disparity Between his MNT POCONO Store and this one .... we wont go there Both are Gold Plated But Mnt. Pocono is astronomical. Oh and That store usually only has 1 Cashier on at ANY GIVEN Time. Cant keep, Steady Employees, and I hear managers complaining all the time, " I had 5 people call off today, We couldnt get hardly anything stocked. When its Quiting time the Managers RUN to the Door. You Dont see the Owner / KING downstairs working . His Father would have jumped in and Rolled up his sleeves. He will make an Occasional Appearance just to see why he is LOOSING Money. Dont care about the Local's Guess what Bill, KARMA is A B**** , HUH?

Awful customer service. Over the phone, employees are rude and short, they do not bother with manners. While in the store, shelf stockers wear headphones and ignore requests for help finding items.My brother used to work here, management accepts bare minimum mediocre work and does seek to improve the customer experience. Do not shop here.

Insane a company as big as ShopRite would let this continue on. Manager Fran there hits on young girls, hires only young girls, and continues to harass people without repercussions. Disgusting, don't give your money to any shoprites if they condone this behavior.

You find everything in this mega store . I was at an air BNB provided nothing . I was able to get every essential at a good price and unbelievable price for lobsters . Yummy

Bill Bracey does care about eh Pumps as they either don't work outside card reader on the ethanol free pumps and the Printers on half of them are OUT OF ORDER! Then again he said he could care less about the local people as he has EAGLE LAKE to keep him afloat.

cashier with long blonde hair was checking out by the cafe took a piece of chicken with her bare hand from salad bar and popped it in her mouth. Disgusting in general but especially in the time of covid. This was about 3 weeks ago.
