I wasn’t going to write a review, but i gave the new owner the benefit of the doubt to never again do what was done to my dog. It has come to my attention that said owner is continuing animal cruelty at this business. I advise anyone who loves their pets and not want a spike choke collar used on their baby, to think twice about this place. I understand these are terrible acquisitions, but they are true and were verified by my vet after I had to take my dog to seek immediate treatment for his wounds. The owner is lucky I haven’t pursued legal action.

This is the best place to take your dog to get groomed. Dakota hates getting her nails done they are patient with her and she loves going there..I wouldnt take her anywhere else

I was a loyal customer prior to the new owner taking over. I brought my dog there once after the business was sold and was told that it was all of a sudden $10 more because they found “6 ticks and 3 fleas”. I spend a lot of money on Bravecto because it’s so effective. I know that this was not the case. Additionally, you won’t find just three fleas if the dog has fleas. The place was a disaster when I walked in like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. If you need to raise your prices due to costs increasing then do it in an honest way. I won’t be returning. Beware!

Owning a husky I understand that there coat is very special. However I was under the assumption that she would have properly been blown out and Deshedded and clearly was not. Very disappointing and frustrating to be put on a waiting list for nearly a year and these are the results.I would definitely recommend asking a head of time if you have a special breed before booking an appointment.

Had been a satisfied customer until my dog Finley's last grooming 2 months ago. Looked like nothing was done bath and feet wise. He was still dirty and was chopped where I told them not to touch. I make appts 6-8 weeks apart, and they scheduled him 2x in 1 month. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, quick service, and great prices! Only thing is you may have to call more than once as they are pretty busy.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Nicki for 14 yrs. She does a great job with Snoopy. Very nice place and workers are very friendly.

Highly recommend my puppy has severe anxiety issues and Pampered Pooch is always so kinda and gentle. Although my puppy still will not go inside willingly she knows she is loved and well taken care of ❤️

I would recommend this place to anyone that had a doggo. They came very highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint at all. They were professional in every aspect. My puppy loved it there and she came out looking amazing. She loved the treat also. She licked all the icing off first and then at it lol. I can’t wait for her next appointment. Excellent service !!!
