I bought a vehicle here and 3 weeks later started having problems with it. Even though it was inspected before it was sold to me (and it was issues that wouldn’t pass inspection) the service dept and sales manager refused to make it right and pay for the repairs. Buyer beware. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I highly recommend this company, I rent from them all the time and their customer service is top-notch. So if their rental service is top-notch, I’d imagine buying a vehicle from would be an amazing experience!

My overall experience at Matthews Motor Company was amazing. Dealer Vince Coates was great and very transparent to work with. There was no pressure like an ordinary dealership you would go to. The staff was fun and friendly as well. I was able to purchase a 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, which is a nice and clean vehicle. Vince was very attentive and honest, which is arguably the best car buying experience I ever had.
