I recently had the pleasure of having my car repaired at Matthews Collision in Covington, PA, and I am extremely impressed with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a clear and accurate estimate.
The quality of the repairs was exceptional. My car came back looking brand new, with all the dents and scratches expertly taken care of. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work. Not only did they complete the repairs on time, but they also kept me informed throughout the entire process.
The customer service at Matthews Collision is top-notch. The team was always available to answer my questions and provide updates. They even took the extra step of cleaning my car’s exterior before returning it to me, which was a wonderful surprise.

I would recommend this dealership. I listed my commuter car up for sale in Louisiana and we were contacted regarding the sale. The vehicle was not only purchased for only slightly less than my pay off, but someone came all the way from Pennsylvania to pick it up and complete the purchase. I was pleased with the amount paid and the customer service. I would use this dealership in the future should the opportunity arise.

this was our 3rd vehicle we purchased from Mia she was quick with all our needs and the car was ready for test drive when we got there even though she wasn't due to emergency.. she still made the transaction smooth quick and easy.. My son is so happy with his first car !

The salesman Vince was outstanding. He had truck ready to ride when we got there. Gave me the keys and said see in awhile highways that way town is that way. There was absolutely no pressure from him. When we got got back he asked if we had questions and helped answer them. I offered a little lower price for a couple things that could be replaced do to year of truck. as they figured that out he gave keys back and said go get lunch. got back and he got the price I wanted. eve

Great job on my work truck and fixing deer strike. Cant even tell anything ever happened. Only reason not 5 stars is because there was a mix up of paper work and they areng open on saturdays and no one from the sales department has access to collision center to get paperwork so i drove up on a saturday and couldnt get my truck.

Our salesman, Josh, was very helpful and fun to work with! He patiently encouraged us to drive several vehicles we were curious about, and had no problem putting in extra time to make everything work out incredibly well financially. While company itself seems to be professional and does a nice job this particular representative (Ashley Slater) needs some professional training. Very rude and physically unkept. Not someone I would want representing my business.
