Yes I’m putting 1 star because I just watched them drive under the 2 way bridge in Moscow the wrong lane. I’m not sure what drivers they hire but that sir is reckless driving

Tony and his team were very professional and respectful. They hand packed our whole house in Pennsylvania with care in 5 hours, and the next day loaded the truck in 3 hours. They arrived on time to our house in Texas and unloaded and reassembled furniture in about 4 hours. We highly recommend Tony and his team. BNT Movers are awesome!

Horrible experience
Promised 3 -4 men and a one day delivery. 2 guys showed up late .They underestimated the job and couldn’t fit everything so it took many hours to load snd the guys refused to make the delivery the same day and left with all of our items. Noone would return calls
Tony the guy in charge had a full voicemail so you couldn’t even leave him a message
No attempt to solve the issues.
We finally got our delivery 2 days later after living in a home with nothing ,with additional charges to the bill . Then proceeded to argue with me in my home over the charges. Worst experience moving I’ve ever had

Excellent experience. From booking to move - everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job and we’d use them again in a heart beat. We highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend BNT to anyone in search for movers. Matt and Sal were great movers and Stacey was super responsive which made the process easy. Price was very reasonable too.

I think we can all agree that moving is very stressful. But I must say that BNT Customer Service and the Owner were very helpful and very accommodating, especially since we were under specific time restraints to moved out. There were a few glitches with closing dates on the house, but they worked with me every step of the way. Until moving day. It was confirmed the day before with customer service that our movers would be at the house between 8:30 and 8:45 am. Well, by 9:30 I began to panic! 10:30! 11:00! NO MOVERS! I called the office and cell number that was left with the contract package and was only able to leave a VM....numerous times! I called our Agent in shear panic mode, who luckily knew of and had worked with another moving company. He made some phone calls and bottom line, that Owner called me within minutes and was able to pull to together a crew and get a truck within the hour. That crew showed exactly at 1:00pm as said they would and started moving with only a basic knowledge of how big the house was they were moving! Coincidentally, it was about the same time BNT finally called to let me know they would be on their way. You could imaging that conversation! Their excuse was they had "call offs" that day and were short handed, and, "Didn't anyone call you?" "Someone should have called you." If someone would have called me I would have understood the situation and waited for them. No one called or returned any of my VM. It's been a week now and still no call, even to offer an apologize. You could imagine my disappointment, frustration and anxiety! I hope if anything, this will be a wake up call to stress the importance of COMMUNICATION, even up to the last minute.

BNT Movers are GREAT! I used them to help me move antique wicker furniture to be restored. Randy arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and contacted me to let me know the furniture had been dropped off successfully. Their pricing was very fair and Stacy was quick to respond with a quote. I highly recommend using them!

Wonderful from start to finish - we have used them for both a local and long distance move, we had a last minute issue with everything fitting into our POD and they immediately got us a storage unit on their lot, their team loaded it up and it was completely hassle free. Polite, professional and Stacy rocks! I can't say enough good things about the BNT team!

Tony Bader and his team at BNT movers are quick, competent, communicative, honest and reasonably priced. They moved me four times over a 12-year span between 2011 and 2022, and I’m about to use them for a fifth time because I trust them implicitly. Sometimes their estimates are a bit high, but I’d much rather receive an honest price than deal with the bait and switch tactics of other movers. BNT has never broken or damaged any of my possessions because I’m always well-packed and prepared for them to move like lightning.Think of them as like master Tetris players, moving your possessions with rolling palettes, dollies and giant cardboard bins, as they minimize truck space. Yes, they will exercise due caution carrying items and packing and transporting everything with blankets and plastic wrap. No, they will not be your soccer mommy chauffeur, gently doting on each box like a juice-sipping child in the backseat. If you’re a responsible, reasonable person, you’ll be rewarded with a capable, conscientious moving company in an industry rife with nincompoops and deception.–Dr. Dan Axelrod

Several thieves under the employ of BNT. Extremely unprofessional and mostly criminal. Some also like to try and weasel hidden fees they can pocket as a tip.
