Honestly I have never been with a bank that is really about their customers. If you are with them”Northwest” talk to Tracey, she is the BEST! Always been there for me likes personal friend knows me by name soon as I call or go in there! when my credit card went missing and someone called to use my bank account to paid the full amount of my credit card off. Assuming so they can use it because the card is missing! She is the BEST!!! She sweet, kind, caring and goes above and beyond to help her customers… I love Tracy I have delt with others there but Tracey gets it done!!! Just because of Tracy I will always stay with Northwest bank!!! Love you Tracy!

Northwest Bank in Coudersport is a home town friendly bank, the people there treat you as a friend and talk to you not at you. they are willing to help with any problem.

Closed my account without even telling me. No call, no letter, no email, nothing. Had a deposit go through to the account not knowing it was closed and had to wait 2 weeks for them to even send out a check to me for the money that was supposed to go in my account. Monthly charges for an account. Got married and told them to change the last name on my account. They never put it through. Had to keep change of address confirmation form for my account in my glove box because everytime I'd go there they wouldn't have my current address on file despite me showing them the change of address form confirmation THEY GAVE ME every single time. Take your money somewhere else. This bank is terrible.

Very disappointed at their new charges for bank statements $3.00 a month and the only way to remove is to sign up for online banking. $36 a year just to have an account. Most banks offer completely free checking (no hidden fees), but not here. Take your money elsewhere!
