“Chris was awesome. Honest and accommodating. Same day service. There was also a friendly young man helping him. At the end of a valid attempt to bump out a deep dent he explained in full detail that it would need further work in order to fix it. We were from out of town and since it needed extensive work let him know that since it was safe to drive (his assurance) we were going to take it closer to home. We offered him money and he absolutely refused. What a nice and good young man. Grateful for business people like Chris and his assistant who also greeted us in this small town as we were getting in our bumped car and made sure everything was running smoothly. “Please read…I did a lot of damage to our Pick up I backed up to close to the edge slid down a grade in to trees it destroyed the whole driver side of the truck!! I seen Steve Watsons body shop had 5 star reviews!!! And nothing but positive feedback!! I took my truck there he went over it with fine tooth comb taking photos everything!!! He was even on his back on the ground getting pictures!!! We now have a new mechanic!!! He said no problem we would like to be ur mechanic! Thry said no problem! Even knowing this was our only vehicle they worked with me to have my truck while waiting on the parts and when I needed a ride they gave me a ride!!! They stated they would order the parts and willing to go head to head with the insurance company as Progressive only wanted to pay 8k lol that was the price of 2 doors!!!! there is only 31k miles on this dodge pickup truck with a Hemi!!! He’s going to bat for us!!! Love This garage!!! Anywhere in this area they are recorded no#1 not only no#1 body shop but the best garage in the area!!!! Their feedback speaks for it self!!!! Just got my truck back and OMG!!! It’s nice and detailed clean! I had Baught a cheap car port to keep the snow off the truck and we’lli did not tie it down right and a heavy wind took it 300 feet down in the yard it scratched up all 4 corners!!!! Guess what??? The scratches are all gone! Watsons buffed them all out u can not even tell they was there !!! And charged me nothing!!!!! Said it was on him!! This is the best place “Garage” I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! I will be promoting them from now on for free!!! Love them!! Still waiting for the back fender to come in bc Dodge factory on strike!!! It’s ok but Watson even fixed the fender that’s on it now….so it don’t look so bad while waiting for the new fender! Are u kidding?? Who does that??? Watson is the only place that will ever touch our vehicles again ever!!! That’s a promise even if we have to drive for hours!!!”

“I was on a bicycle trip riding through Main Street in town when my tire blew out. This was the one trip I didn’t bring a spare tire. John Greeley saw me from the front of the store, and went out to help me. When I couldn’t find a tire at the hardware store, he drove me all through town to various secondhand shops to find a bicycle that might have a tire that fit. When that didn't work, he then drove 20 miles down the road to the bike shop under the guise that he had to go there anyway. When we went past the town, he kept going and told me he would take me the other 20 miles to the next town for the bike shop. Not only a really great auto shop, but the people who own it and run it are the best. This happened 20 years ago, but I was just thinking about it and decided to write a review.”
