“I just had the pleasure of dealing with Shambaugh towing. They were nothing short of amazing. I received a phone call confirming the call and the time of arrival with a very pleasant young lady. The driver, Caleb, was extremely polite, professional and personable. He knew how to work and have a conversation at the same time. I had to actually call them once for a jump and then later for a tow. Same experience both times. They came very promptly. In an unrelated experience, years ago, I experienced the very same treatment from them so good to know they employ the same attitude. The mechanic my car was towed to relayed the very same sentiments regarding the driver. Very accommodating and pleasant. I don't know the cost as I have AAA but whatever the cost, I would choose them every time.”
