Do not recommend Sending me a late payment in the mail on a lone after calling them About being out of work because of the Corona virus Always on time of payments even with my other banks my other banks or working with me this one here seems to be very stubborn

Updating. Taking away another star. Made an appointment for a service. Asked what additional docs were needed / answer "none." Asked if this service is only available to current customers / answer "no." So I set my client up with the appointment only to find out that they will only provide this service to customers of 6 months or more AND additional documents needed.

I love the people and service there but I wish that there was more atms on the other side of town especially since the one at the bank is out of order frequently and the only one that allows deposits.
