Cindy Baker is incredibly rude and unprofessional! After serving in the Army for 7yrs and then moving to PA after getting out she had the nerve to call my husband and drug dealer and say he lied about being military!!

My wife went to file taxes here and one of the individuals there made fun of my wife to another associate about getting a small return and if you plan on getting taxes filed here I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, it was unprofessional and distasteful for them to say anything at all.

Very simple this year with being able to complete everything online at home. Agent Pamela was very friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and giving very helpful recommendations. Also getting all documents uploaded was easy. Really enjoyed how convenient it was this year.

I wish I could give this a negative review. I have been with H&R Block for 10+ years. I absolutely loved it. The gentleman that was a CPA that did our taxes at H&R Block in our town recently retired. So we heard that this H & R Block about 30 minutes away was decent. So I made a phone call to the woman that I was told owns this establishment and had the most experience. After speaking with her and explaining that our taxes are a little different she assured me she would be able to do them. About 9 days later we get a call from a different woman that did our taxes. They seemed wrong. I was already disappointed that the first woman I spoke to didn't do them, then they seemed all messed up. After requesting a call back from the owner who was supposed to be doing our taxes I got a call back. I requested for her to look at them and talk to a CPA in my husband's employment so he could explain what was wrong. Long story short, she hung up on this CPA who was a nice gentleman. I then called the front desk and requested I just come pick up my documents and we all part ways. This woman (the owner) called me AT WORK. She proceeded to tell me I am not welcome in her office. She claimed I was rude by requesting she do my taxes. She claimed I was rude for requesting a call. She screamed at me and said "it was best that I don't come in because she didn't know what she would DO or SAY to me". She had me in tears.
