2nd time i came in to order food, late night. Man named Colt working. Very slow. And instead of doing my order right away, he said I had to wait while he finished doing what he was doing because he was “multitasking” and still has a lot to do for the night… same thing yesterday night when I came in as well… when my fiancé said something and asked for our food to start because we have been waiting 10 minutes before he said something. After he did say something to the employee he had an attitude while starting our food. I then asked how long will it take for a slice of cheese pizza to be made. He said 10 minutes because he’s by himself and he has other things to do as well….. we come to crosbys very very often… and this kind of experience is starting to get old and irritating…

Myself and the community would really like our slushy machine back. I used to look forward to a slushy puppy every day on my way to work. Please bring it back there is plenty of room in the store and you make alot of money on them

The staff deals with alot of disrespectful customers, I can't imagine to deal with that, The staff holds there composure. Everyone is very respectful, food is always fresh, always clean. I can't be more satisfied the customer service is always amazing!This staff deserves alot credit for having to deal with customers who are always rude, always angry because they are doing what they are told. I couldn't work in Crosbys with what I have seen I would have to beat someone up! Wouldn't be able to hold it in. You ladies and gentlemen keep up the great work and I will for sure be coming back!Again to me you all deserve a reward or something best composure!Thank You!

Nice convenience store. Staff is friendly. Poor physical layout - crowded by cashwrap bc that's also the front door zone. Fresh made to order pizzas and subs and wings. Pizzalvania. But not different in any meaningful way from anyone else's meaningful ways. Would like to have fountain drinks there so i could fill a cup with ice and a beverage but they only have pre packaged cold drinks. They do have coffee all the time but freshest in the mornings. Quality of coffee trails off in the afternoons.
