The sales rep. Shane F. was so very helpful when i took my aunt in for a new phone. He is very knowledgeable about the products in his store. He is very good at explaining and taking the time to teach the customer. I would give him a rate of 20 out of 10 if i could . He is a gem that they should make sure they keep him there.
The only negatives about the store is they don't carry extra products for their phones. Had to go elsewhere for that.

I was in the cricket store In Corry today and lucas waited on me and he was great took care of my mom's issues with her phone and also mine .which I bought a new phone lol but it was Wirth it.the service was great and relief of stress. Finally can see the screen.A BIG SHOUT AND THANK U TO U LUCAS .

Markie was nice and helped us immensely and got our phones fully covered and the best service out there for only 106$ a month!! Markie is awesome!!! We appreciate him here at corry cricket!!!

Do not believe them when they tell you about the warranty on the phone. If you walk out the door and your phone stops working the screen just goes black you are sol. Because now you have to go through the actual manufacturer to get the problem fixed.

Markie and Lucas helped us with all of our Cricket needs! My husband's phone put itself into a lock and he was so upset but Markie and Lucas calmed him down and got us 2 brand new phones that we so desperately needed for just under 100 dollars due to progressive leasing thank you Markie and Lucasaà
