Missing the pharmacist Joe who worked there for many years -always provided excellent help and service.

I've been going to this place for years. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. I always feel welcome in the store and if I need help they're always there for me. The doctor in charge of the pharmacy is very nice and gave me my flu shot. I love thus place. It's a staple of the community.

The pharmacy is always short staffed and rude! I've only gone there 3 times for my refills but will be taking them elsewhere. I called to ask a question on a refill and got "I don't know, I'm doing 3 other things right now". Go to pick up my prescription which should've been $25 with my discount card on file and they didn't apply it. Would've had to wait another 30 minutes because she stated she was the only person working there and was really busy. Get your prescriptions elsewhere!

I was contacted via Yelp and invited to reach out to Rite Aid regarding my complaint. However, I've completed Rite Aid prompted surveys in the past, and this did not seem to help. While I applaud Rite Aid's effort to have a dialog regarding my poor review, there is no longer any need to have further discussion as I've already transferred my 5 scripts to another pharmacy, and I no longer have any need to go back to Rite Aid. They should remember that if someone has a bad experience, they will share this with many friends and family, but if they have a good experience, they often do not say anything. With so much competition today with CVS, Walgreen's and and numerous other places to get scripts filled, I do not think they should be complacent.
