I had specific, complicated billing questions today with Verizon Wireless! The customer service technician in Moon, Dana, listened to all my issues regarding my billing situation! She understood my concerns and explained the solution- - and, I was able to fully understand!! She was extremely personable and helpful! She had a pleasing, calming demeanor and was able to solve my issues. With her pleasant personality, Dana is an excellent asset to Verizon!!

Dana was very helpful with a bill problem I was having, my local store told me they couldn’t do anything and would need to call into billing and waste hours. And she was able to fix the problem within 5 minutes when I called her! She needs a raise

Dana was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was a huge help in getting some account issues worked out for us while we were getting new devices, and was very kind to us throughout the process. We'll definitely come back when we're in the market for devices again!

Customer service here is first rate. I went in with a serious issue and the rep I had stayed on it like a bloodhound until it was resolved. This issue was so bad phone and online customer service wouldn't even help. 100% go here if you have any verison issue just be nice to the reps there because they will help you.

I love my new IPhone but Nicholas added stuff to my plan without my knowledge. When I got my phone somebody else was in there complaining that their phone bill doubled without their knowledge. They thought it was only going up $10.I don’t know how this place rates a 4.8.I just figured out he changed my plan without my knowledge. Still working on getting it straightened out.

Dana was outstanding when I got my new phone recently. I had an issue with my phone and never felt pressured once and got a new phone I was comfortable with. She even somehow got all my photos to transfer even though it was not easy at all. Only part of my old screen was working. She displayed patience and skills that a Rubik's cube master would be proud of. Thank you very much for providing a great outcome for a different situation! She was pleasant the whole time when most wouldn't.

When I came to this store , the manager wasn’t friendly and was disrespectful. When I tell him my language is bad and my native language not English and ask him explain me what includes in the service. He was not interested to help me. I had to ask every step and every question for information about the service. I don’t now his name because he didn’t introduced himself but it was a white man and he have a blonde hair and he was only one male in the office today
