One of the rudest clerks I have ever met. Refused to provide a service. All I needed was a receipt. Went to McKees Rocks and they were wonderful.

I don't have a problem with the post office itself. It's mail carriers. Apparently they can't read or are too lazy to do their job. I had a package that was priority shipping. Showed it was on its way. Then all of a sudden it says they couldn't deliver because of incorrect address. I literally say them delivering 2 addresses down from me. They didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Now it's being sent back to sender so I have to wait again for something that was priority shipped.Plus we get all kinds of others mail. Other people get our mail. I know the house we live in has been turned into apartments, but it has 3 mailboxes on the building. Common sense could be used. For as much money they make they should be able to do their job right. And calling the post office is also just as bad because they don't care either. Gave me the run around about the whole situation. Unreal!

I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Coraopolis Is sort of like Mayberry for the folks / 50. No floyd the barber, but it is very similar.Just a great place to live.

I travel out of my current town to avoid my post office and to visit this one. This station is typically always run by the same woman, she's extremely attentive, personable, and it's always a pleasure stopping by.I ship out about 1000+ packages a year, typically have them picked up, but out of all the time's I've had to drop them somewhere, this is the only post office/station in which I've had flawless experiences to date.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. It was not busy at all, the lady was over the top rude to me on principle that I gave her something to do. A 15 minute interaction of the clerk treating me (a prior postal worker)as if I were the dumbest human being on the planet when all she needed to say was "your mail is at the other facility".

I'm not sure if there is a mail carrier in this town that cares. I swear to god, I get more mail delivered to our address from neighbors. Honestly, im guessing the carriers either are severely understaffed or they screw around on their routes and cut corners by just jamming unsorted mail into any box they wish. First, it was people on our block getting our mail or us getting theirs on a DAILY BASIS. YES, you read that correctly. EVERYDAY!!!! Now, someone across town blocks away ended up with SEVERAL PIECES of our mail. Luckily, it was someone we knew. However, our address didnt share the same number, street name, nor was our last name the same. This has become so regular, we are about to start making calls. I cant even tell you how many people I know that just throw away mail that they receive that isnt theres. But so far, I havent received birthday cards with money in them a few times, a device from my insurance company that records your driving habits, paperwork from the state, and stuff from my lawyer. That's just what WE KNOW. What else hasnt been delivered that someone threw in the garbage??? Its a shame I have to worry about mailing my ballot so much that I have to deliver it myself. FED EX and UPS used to be okay for packages. But now, they will drop it off at the post office and have them deliver it after spending money on THEIR service to ensure it's not only delivered correctly, but on time. The US is no where near being great again and I fear nothing will change that. It's so far gone, it may be time to move somewhere with values.

Worst post office I've ever been in...hard to be that bad when all you need to do is be kind, polite, and help customers with packages but this place seems to make it happen. Staff is very unfriendly, slow, not clear with any direction/guidance, and they recently lost a package of mine. How do you lose a package when it's physically dropped at your hands...go to moon instead.

If you can avoid going to this post office I would highly recommend it. The older woman with brunette hair is so rude. I’ve been there twice now while she was working & the customer service is very poor. She loves to take her time & do the bare minimum
