RK Industries Import Auto Repair is a fantastic shop run by dedicated mechanics who treat customers like family. They specialize in German engineering, particularly Mercedes and BMW, and are extremely knowledgeable. They offer excellent service, high quality work, and fair value for money for both repairs and routine maintenance. They are highly recommended as dedicated professionals you can trust with your vehicle.
I didn't physically visit RK Industries. That being said, I had an issue with my vehicles suspension. I called and spoke with Bob (the actual owner) about potential issues and remedies. He was more than willing to discuss and offer advice. Bob took the time and never rushed the conversation. That was really appreciated!

Bob and his son Steve are fantastic mechanics. They are extremely knowledgeable and priced fairly, especially for the high quality work. They've bailed me out of problems and done excellent routine maintenance on my aging Mercedes and Volvo. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
