We were broke down in Sewickley. We called O'Reilly's in Coraopolis and they brought us the hose we needed and antifreeze. So nice of them to delivery to older people stranded. I went in looking to order a gasket for a light . Even after giving the young man all the information he needed he still didn’t know what I wanted. Just a heads up for those of us who are very hasty, (I have experienced similar at other places) some employees at these stores are just getting started and iam sure the managers and owners would appreciate some grace and also some encouragement.

I stopped there in coraopolis this morning 10/19/23 and had a question about a light that had just came on in my car. A very nice gentleman who was working in the store came out and not only checked my tires but found that one of them had a bolt in it so he got a tire plug kit and it actually helped me fix my tire he went above and beyond I know this was not his job but he was super super nice and helpful I don't recall his name but he was working this morning around 9:00 I do know that he is from ambridge I recall him saying that. He deserves recognition he did not have to do what he did for me and I will be sure to recommend this place

I’m super stoked that the old community of coraopolis was graced with this business. They recycle oil without a fee and have everything you could want within the automotive world. Went to O'Reilly for wiper blades for the front & back of my Tucson. Mohamad & Jonathan were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the parts, installation and caring for my treated & tinted windows. They went above & beyond any help I ever received at an auto parts store. With these gents there I definitely will be back.

Muhammad went above and beyond! My van had an issue with my headlight it was burnt out and it was storming. I had a 4 hour drive in front of me. He didn’t hesitate to walk into the rain storm, and help with the problem. His manners, personality, helpfulness and efficiency are top of the line! I have not encountered customer service like this in over 20 years!He is a huge asset to O’Reilly Auto Parts! I hope he is recognized! He has a huge future in front of him!

I had a great experience! I needed a battery change for my Chevy Malibu. After calling several places O’Reillys was able to help. The customer service was welcoming and very efficient. I would recommend them for anything you need.
