“I delivered at 420am. It was my last stop after delivering first to moon township location. They gave me a dock immediately. There are not any lines on the ground for the dock and the docks look straight but may be slanted. Took me a few tries to get it straight because my trailer looked straight on both sides in my mirror but when I checked I was not even. It was dark too and there wasn't much light or any lines. They unloaded me in 15 mins. They told me about their bathroom facilities and they had coffee. Nice staff.”

“I had two older Steelcase office chairs in my home office. I was looking for something new, and remembered that I had purchased some pre-owned office furniture from them years ago. When we arrived we were greeted by Laki. We told Laki that we were interested in a new chair for our home office. Laki spent time listening to what we were looking for and showing us the new and pre-owned chairs that were in stock. The minute that I sat down in a Steelcase Leap V2 I knew that was the chair. It is great to see that companies with great customer service still exist. Everyone we interacted with that day at Tri-State added to our great experience.”
