This garage in Moon township has an exorbitant hourly rate for service, I do suggest you seek another garage, most garages will service or repair for cars at a less rate than $160+ hourly rate.
To change 4 spark plugs, 2.5 hours, including diagnostic test, was $488, later learnt other garages charge less than $100 for the same service,no parts to show broken or damaged products were shown to me or parts given to me, so no proof really the parts were ever changed.

I walked into the dealership and was out on the lot looking at my options within two minutes. Zlatan is an honest salesman and one of the best. He got me in a brand new car and my monthly payment exactly where I need it. I will be referring everyone to Zlatan moving forward! Seamless process and couldn’t be happier.

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a new 2024 f250 and a new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. My sales rep Mr. Z was simply amazing as well as the entire delivery team. The Ford team treated my family so kindly. We received a more than fair trade value on both of our vehicles allowing us to purchase two new vehicles well within our family budget. Mr. Z took time to review all the technology functions with my wife as well as connected my wife’s iPhone to her new vehicle and assisted us in every step of the process.
Mr. Allan Broth the multi-store manager was very kind and checked on us multiple times during the delivery process and even helped me by put our sons car seats in our new vehicles. Great people!!!!
We were very please with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Z. and the entire Ford team.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO MOON TOWNSHIP FORD! Do not take your truck or car here! Worst experience I have ever had at any service center, repair shop and maybe any purchase in general. Unreliable, zero communication, and untrustworthy.
We dropped our truck on June 10th, and were told it should be ready the end of June or early July. They did not end up even having the warranty claim filed until the end of July, during which time they said they filed the claim multiple times and when we checked with our warranty company they hadn't. We had to ask multiple times for a basic detailed breakdown of the repair. When they did send it near the end of July, it required 40 hours of work.....our truck wasn't ready until August 22nd...ALMOST 3 MONTHS from when we started and almost a month from when they said it would take 40 hours!
I tried to reach out to the Service Manager and General Manager and neither even responded. The service department rarely answers the phone, and our rep rarely called back when we left him voicemail. When he did he was always "busy".....how many times can you tell a customer you are busy with other stuff before you indirectly tell them we dont care about you? I am shocked the General Manager and Service Manager would not even respond directly to a frustrated customer, particularly one that is dependent on their truck for their livelihood.
We full time RV so we had to rent a truck to pick up our camper while our truck was in the shop. It cost us about $2k for the month. Since Moon Township Ford delays caused it, I asked for help. You would think they would be apologetic and want to make it right....nope......had to negotiate. They ended up agreeing to take $1k off and when I picked up the truck they had not applied the discount, stating labor rates had changed and it should have actually been $1k higher, so the original price quoted ACTUALLY included the discount. I ended up showing the invoice they sent before we started negotiating and they acknowledged the "mistake" and took the $1k off. Shaaaaddyyy.
Overall, bring your truck or car somewhere else, even if it is a longer drive or tougher to get into. You could tell this place is a disorganized mess....paperwork all over the office, horrible response times. The shady communication was the topper.
I post mostly positive reviews, and have posted other great experiences at other Ford dealerships, but couldn't ignore this masterclass of what not to do!!

They list cars on the website that they don't actually have. They have 2 cars listed as available, but when you go there, they don't have them. False advertisement. It was not because of a breech. The salesmen said they traded them with another dealership and didn't take them down.

Friday, July 5, 2024 @ 12:50 pm., Moon Township Ford. I went to the Service Department to explain that I had experienced a complete lost of power, and that the key fob would not work (doors would not unlock). The only way to enter the 2021 Ford Ranger was using the key. Once inside I tried to start the vehicle and there was no power. I started to randomly push buttons to include the Volume button, and then it appeared to restore to normal operations after pushing the volume button. I wanted to know if there were any TSBs or reasons for this lost of power. Service Agent only looked for TSBs and did not find any, and did not offer any suggestions if this would happen again. He stated that he did not see any and that he had no clue why it would happen.
Certainly seemed that there was a lack of knowledge and willingness to help.

I worked with Jon Vetter and Brandon Michele. This was my first time buying a car, and they made the process significantly more approachable and achievable. They listened to my wants, needs and concerns, and got me into the vehicle that I wanted while remaining within my budget. It was refreshing to have people who actually cared about what I wanted, listening closely, and achieving far more than I expected! I will most definitely be continuing with this dealership in the future, and I feel more than comfortable with contacting them in the future with any other questions!

This was genuinely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have never felt more screwed than I was here. Salesman flat out lied about the options that the vehicle included when I said what was important. "Oh yes!! This vehicle does that!!" No it didn't. I'm not even going to specifically mention the salesperson as the sales manager backed them up. Better you avoid this place like the plague. I will never go there again, which is a shame because I'm a big fan of Ford vehicles. DO NOT buy here.

I have been looking for an expedition at four different dealerships. Moon Ford offered me the best price on the new vehicle and the best trade in so I made the purchase. My second Ford expedition purchase from Moon Ford and expected to be back again in the future.
