I would bring my car for simple oil changes and inspections, and after leaving the shop, my vehicle would always have something wrong with it.Oil Spilled all over engineCrack windshieldCrack oil panHoses would come offTorn tire on installationList goes on...Maybe a coincidence, but unlikely. Patrick is a nice enough dude, but would never go back.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Most trustworthy mechanic in Pittsburgh. Had my car in and out of auto shops and each told me something different and wanted to charge thousands. This place got me hooked up, fixed everything and didn’t over charge for anything.Services: Auto maintenance

I called them yesterday to get a price check on tires and their availability which they told me the price for out the door including sales tax. Patrick told me the warehouse had my tires in stock and to call him back. I called them this morning around 7:30 am to see if they could get my tires today. They called me back around 11:30 am ish and told me I could bring my car in today at 1:30 pm and they would change them. I brought my car in and they were all friendly and Patrick kept me updated on what was going on.Thanks for your service.

These people are some of the worst I have ever met in my entire life. No compassion. No understanding. They do not care if your parking pass is literally in your car and just fell down. You can show the pass to them, you can show them you pay for the pass monthly, that the complex you live at has your license number. THEY DONT CARE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $374 TO TAKE A CAR BACK THAT YOU LITERALLY PAY TO BE PARKED THERE MONTHLY. People have no hearts these days. I’m absolutely disgusted.

A car took my parking spot, and the land lord gave me Montour towing information. Called twice, two hours passed, no one showed up, no phone call to keep me updated. It's only 30 minutes drive. Everytime I called, I was told that the tow truck is on its way.

My gf has been going here for years but no longer lives in the area. After another mechanic messed up the oil pan on her car we took it to them to make it right. They helped out big time on what could have been a costly repair. We will make the extra trip to continue to use Montour auto shop.Service: Oil change
