The service was great. Very nice people.
I wish they had a solution to get rid of bugs. And something to clean the wheels. And the vacuums didn’t have a lot of suction.
The wash it self will not clean off the bugs in the front of the car.
I think the cost was fair.

Pretty good. Neither of the high pressure air nozzles were working, but I always appreciate the towels and vacuum after the wash.

Something in the wash splashed oil under my tires causing a mess on my car after I drove away.
Discovered the mess when I got home.
My car has no leaks and I am not sure if there was a malfunction in the car wash

Honestly, I really enjoyed using this carwash since it opened. The wash itself is nice, amenities are good, however management and customer service are a whole different story.
A few weeks ago, I proceeded to use the wash as I do 2-3 days per week to clean up my brand new SUV. While I was in the tunnel, my mirror was grabbed by one of the wash arms/curtains and pulled up out of its mount. Mirrors were folded in as instructed all the time as well. When I noticed it starting to happen, I quickly tried to open my window to free it but was unable to.
When I exited, I pulled in a spot and spoke to the manager. He was nice enough to inform me that he would be the new manager as the other one walked off the job that morning and assured me that this would be handled. He took videos of the damage, emailed me a report and said someone would be in touch in a few days.
After 2 weeks or not hearing back from anyone, calling their phone number only to be directed to customer service where they just tell you that you can only deal with the manager of the location and they will send a message to call me, I got frustrated and stopped by the wash again.
I was able to connect with the manager who told me that he tried to call me once, but didn't leave a voicemail and he has been to busy to respond to emails regarding other attempts to contact me. I was advised that ModWash will not be owning up to any of the damage done to my vehicle. When I asked why this was their stance, the manager told me it was because that is what the regional manager decided and that is how it is. The only information that they would provide is that they washed 500 cars that day and mine was the only one that was damaged, so they feel it is not their fault.
I asked for the regional manager's contact information and we told I could not have it. The local manager called him while I was there and the regional manager was happy to talk with him for 5 minutes, but told the local manager to inform me that he was busy and could not speak with me, but would call me back. Another week has passed at this point, no call back.
Great place unless you have an issue, but if you do they offer no support or customer service. Their call center is rude and very hard to understand and their management team is way to busy to contact customers. We cancelled our memberships and will go back to their competitor across the street. I know several people that have had issues there and they were always corrected. Hopefully others that have experienced this do the same.
Do not recommend Modwash strictly on their business practices and customer service. They sure take the payment every month without issue but if you need a phone call from someone, forget about it!

Great price point and usually quick service.
The employees are great and it's really clean.
You pay for the exterior wash and the vacuum is free and you can wash the inside and vacuum free in the spaces outside.
It's quick, reasonable, and convenient.
I recommend highly.
Best car wash experience I've seen in a few.

One of the best car washes in moon. so friendly two people who stood out was Klay was very happy and was very kind had a big smile when i pulled up! will for sure be coming back. great prices! does a nice job washing my car. i recommend this wash to everyone. additionally it makes ur car really clean

Mod wash is the best. The young men are always nearby if you need anything. ALL the equipment works and is in great condition. Never have to wait for an attendant at the gate.
