Some great tacos and interesting grocery. Stop here when in the area for some of the best tacos. Pay inside and order outside. There is area to choose ur toppings and salsa. Some picnic tables and friendly others enjoying their tacos. If in the neighborhood be sure to stop and enjoy.

Park under the awning from the old gas station. Pay for the number of tacos you want inside the grocery store that used to be a convenience store. The guy outside on the griddle will take your order and have your tacos ready in under 10 minutes. Toppings on the side under the awning with seating. The ice cream store is across the street--we'll be back to try that on a day when we aren't doing take-away with tacos. They were generously proportioned and reasonably priced. They will also do a larger catering order (e.g. tacos, beans, rice) if you call ahead; N.B. if you don't speak Spanish, it may take a couple of tries to get someone who speaks English on the phone. My husband's office loved their lunch order! Can recommend.

I've been coming here since it opened & the owner & his wife used to run the register. I remember the tacos tasting better idk. I've been missing the flavors the last couple visits. The menudle soup across the street is spicy &delicious . They have really good mandarin oranges &sometimes fresh lychee fruit. I find the cooler doesn't have a great variety of drinks, and the register always congested because of the red phone

Great taco stand. You pay for your tacos inside and they give you a ticket to take to the stand outside where you let them know what kind of meat you want on whatever you ordered.

I didn't actually shop here. My husband did. He said it's expensive. The parking lot is gravel, and there's no clear parking spaces, so people tend to get jammed in oddly and there's a chance you could get blocked in.

So, I've read a bit about this place over the past year that I've been visiting the area and have been wanting to try it for a while due to all the positive reviews. I finally got to try it on a Friday, when they offer buy 2 - get 1 free tacos. Firstly, I went to the wrong location... turns out there are two restaurants across the street from each other; one is a grocery store with the taco stand and the other offers ice cream and a lot more items, like fried whole fish, etc. but no tacos there. So, be sure to go the appropriate location for the food you desired. So, when I walked across the street to the tacos stand, the guy at the outdoor grill told me to go inside to pay. When I did, I waited a long time at the register before seeking out an employee, who looked like he was stocking a shelf. He came over and rung me up and had somewhat of a bad attitude. The price was decent, only about $7 for the three tacos. Brought my ticket outside to get my tacos, the guy outside made them by heating up some corn tortillas and then added tons of meat to them, so you definitely get a very large portion here. They have a salsa bar (which is refrigerated, since it's outdoors) to fix up your tacos the way you want. I tried one pollo, one chicken fajita, and one carnitas. The two chicken tacos were just ok, not very flavorful and very dry. The carnitas was pretty decent. All of them needed lots of salsa to get more flavor to them and each also needed some lime squeezed on them. Overall, I can say that I've finally been, but I'm definitely not going back... I crave really good tacos and after this visit, these are definitely not "craveable" to me.

Cool place! I like how you could add as many toppings as you'd like. The dessert you could buy in store was also incredible and everyone there was very kind. Some options such as the beef tongue didn't taste very fresh however. Even so, very affordable options and again AMAZING DESSERT!!

I stop for tacos at La Poblanita all the time. It's the only place that sells tacos that are close to being authentic Mexican. The only complaint I have is that the al pastor tacos aren't real AL PASTOR. Al pastor is a specific kind of meat preparation that is my FAVORITE taco meat. Otherwise the stores are clean and friendly.
