I had a great experience with Guardian Storage Robinson. I felt everything was clean, safe, secure, and exceedingly convenient. Leasing and vacating the unit was also very easy.
The property manager, Prescott, is polite and stayed 30 minutes after the office closed to help me one time.

Excellent space and excellent customer service! I’ve stored at a couple Guardian storages (Seven Fields and Bethel Park), and I enjoy this location the best. Hope was extremely personable and informative, and while I usually dread interacting with people in general (lol), Hope made the overall experience really enjoyable. I will be a Guardian customer for life! Thank you for the great set-up experience!

The process was explained clearly and the rental handled promptly and efficiently by Prescott, the Property Manager, including using my homeowners higher coverage for personal property than the maximum offered by Guardian.

We have had a great experience at this facility. The unit and facility are super clean and Prescott has been very kind and helpful during a stressful time. He even held a unit for us when I was afraid we would exceed our existing space. I highly recommend Guardian for your storage needs.

This is such a nice company and my experience with the Coraopolis location was especially positive. It’s always clean and well-lit and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I had my unit for about 3 years and while there are price increases, they are small and infrequent (about $10 a year) compared to any other storage facility I have used. I recently cleared mine out due to a death in the family and a change in life circumstances and Prescott who often encountered me clearing out my unit was always extremely friendly and encouraging and offered alternatives for my situation should I need them. If I ever have to store anything again, I will use this facility.
