Horrible customer service. The shop does not take any form of appointments and the service over the phone is anything but friendly. Terrible way to run a business. Did not seem to care about me wanting to take business elsewhere either.

Went in for fog lights to get rewired after being told they only have vehicles for 3 days. They installed a door lock actuator that I had also asked to have done but didn’t fix the fog lights or the annoying ding(though on the bill it claims they did) the actuator cost$65, they charged me $290+ for a 1 maybe 2 hour job and had it for over a week. To top that off shortly after getting my car back the grill fell out and ripped out one of my fog light wires as well as completely destroyed they grill. The one guys very inpersonable over the phone and I went in there almost every other day to get some info on price and when my vehicle will be done. They are just as bad as Firestone. Do. Not. Go. Here. They don’t know what they’re doing and they charge organ prices.

Horrible customer service. Left the car for inspection and they called after hours saying my bumper and tint was not in conformity with law where obviously they don't know the law of PA. 70% of light needs to pass windows. My tints were in conformity. I would never recommend to bring a car here to anyone. They charged me a high fee after never telling me they would charge me and still denying the inspection. If you bring your car here, get here to pay the price.

I see some pretty good reviews for this place but my experience was definitely horrible. They were not very transparent about what they were doing in a situation involving scrapping a car. They basically ended up stealing my car without paying me the scrap price, not paying me a dime for it. I am a fool for letting it happen because they told me to sign over the title while they “called their boss” to see how much I would receive, which I blindly did. After it was signed they snatched it up and told me I would get nothing. I have no recourse, of course, because of my blind trust, but I will NEVER be returning here even if I have to tow my vehicle with my teeth next time.

Step by to ask for a Diag. We charge by the hour 118 he said just to look at it. Is always good to ask before doing anything.

Having an older vehicle, most mechanics seem to assume I want the quick and dirty repair, and it can be hard to get good work done. Garzony's, on the other hand, took the time and effort to do quality work to keep my truck on the road for another 30 years.
